What is happening now is that investors are certainly hesitant to invest in the ICO. Maybe it's because the project failed or made a loss. With that, there are investors who are still investing in the ICO, but they cannot be careless anymore to invest. If ICO fails, i think because the team not make mature planning, from their partner, marketing, concept and etc. If ask about where are the investors??
