In my experience as a crypto trader, I trade my coins in the exchange/s where it is available to trade with and if it is listed on multiple exchanges, then I will choose the exchange with lower transaction fees, much volume, and much better security exchange.

This can be ordinary manipulation. I think you should study these projects well in order to assess the development prospects. It is likely that they need to be sold now. But at the same time, there is a possibility of further growth. There is no universal advice. Each case is different.
