Honestly, I have enough forum - I look in the Announcements, Marketplace, Bounty. There are too many projects that appear every day here. I would not have had enough time, if I followed any other resources.

To choose the right iko, you need to evaluate the following information: carefully read the white paper, road map, information about the team. Do not be too lazy to search this information on social networks, suddenly someone pretends not to be who it really is? Also you can see about IKO on this site: https://tokenmarket.net/

I usually find quite interesting ICOs in the Anouncements board, there's the ideal place to find those. I also love translating those kind of ICOs

I choose Eidoo ICO. They have amazing bounty program and amazing plans for fund-raising.

About where to find.
I just reading news about crypto and sometimes I find great things about ICO and new projects!
You're wrong if you are joining in the eidoo just caused by the bounty program, But i just interested with the product because i already tried to use the eidoo app wallet and i never have this very good experience and impression with other, Thie app is really smooth and the design is really interesting for me. The decentralized and another feature will come in the future. So, we are able to make a trade with our smartphone. Everywhere and anywhere.

There really are a wide variety of ways out there to know about interesting ICOs. Only if you try hard. But to answer your question, I prefer to dig in to this forum more than any other sites because this source is more reliable than others. Which some might disagree with but that is how i see it. So your choice if you want to believe me or not. But one advice i can give you is that before doing anything else, search first about the devs and the team of an ICO that you have your eyes set on. And if you think the devs are great, then proceed with the white paper. And if not, then erase that ICO from your list. So that you can save ample of time. That is what i often do.

There are so many sites in where you can learn about ico's, but i found most of them in this forum on the altcoin announcement section, if so many people are talking about that ico, then it means that it will probably be a good one. But there are so many sites, you can find the ICO section on reddit, or just follow all of them in their twitter accounts, or in icotrackr website too.

Facebook groups, telegram groups, Crush crypto.
I don't simply trust ICO rating websites because they are filled with BS ICOs and also most of them are paid. So one must be careful about this.
You can also look at the ads on YouTube ads and Google AdWords but do your own research on particular ICO before investing.

Some groups in telegram as others stated above also are a very good source of information about ICOs. I also research here, and then if I find something interesting, I google it and research it as much as I can.

As usual I read some specific telegram channels, this topic is really popular. Then I search some top-sites such as icobench. Last time found two interesting project: Jibrel Network and Confideal. Also my friend told me to search info about ZXC. It is so hard for me to understand, maybe one can tell me what the point.
This two?  https://icobench.com/ico/jibrel-network, https://icobench.com/ico/confideal. Last should be interesting due to usual people orientation
And my advice - try Twitter as searching service.

I only interested ICO that listed on Yxxit
As usual I search icobench.com. Sometime it seems to me that all the placements on big sites are payed but we have to find new sources of information. It is just golden fever of 2017. One can make x10 in week or two.
I am going to concentrate on such projects as: Confideal, Peerguess and Simply Vital ICOs.

My biggest source of projects are – telegram chats. There are some much “guros” who share info what to buy/not to buy, one can find ICO that make them happy or rich. I saw big hype about Confideal in Asian communities that is quite strange.
