ICOmarks has a good collection of ICO projects featured, and at different stages, they also give some information about projects details, ratings and the likes

Usually, I find an ICO from advertising on some trusted site, like Youtube, Coinmarketcap, Etherscan, etc. If it's on the site, I just think that this is not a careless project. Surely they are quality projects, although not all of them.

Yes I follow some of the accounts from twitter like @top7ico , @ico_analytics and ICODROP website. All this 3 references are enough to find good projects.

It is very difficult to look for interesting projects at the bitcointalk forum. So I prefer to search on specialized sites. I also follow popular bloggers.

That's a rather ambiguous question. I find everywhere. On the forum, blogs, social networks, top sites, through the bounty that I do, in General, wherever there is information about ICO.

There are so many sites in where you can learn about ico's, but i found most of them in this forum on the altcoin announcement section, if so many people are talking about that ico, then it means that it will probably be a good one. But there are so many sites, you can find the ICO section on reddit, or just follow all of them in their twitter accounts, or in icotrackr website too.

I find promising projects on resources dedicated to crypto-currencies: IcoDrops, Tokenmarket, Cointelegraph.... These resources contain separate bookmarks for ICO. Also a large amount of information is present in Telegram chats. I draw attention to ICO dedicated to financial ecosimtems and cryptobanks.

I find it convenient to look for projects on different ratings, in one place many projects are coordinated and there is a general description. Then I carefully study the projects.

I think usually to find interesting Ico on twitter or in telegram follows many traders and investors cryptocurrancy. When we see many experienced people talking about or calling I. In some cases it's just luck to take part in an interesting Ico.

Usually I am checking the writing sides like ICO bench or similar to them, and they are making the ratings based upon many things going on, it is like a confirmation to my own resources.

My biggest source of projects are – telegram chats. There are some much smart people who share info what to buy/not to buy, one can find ICO that make them happy or rich. I saw big hype about Confideal in Asian communities that is quite strange.

Before I tried it to search on the internet but it does not give you the exact ICO it will just give you a crap ICO or the finished ICO. If take into consideration specialized websites, I can recommend ICO Drops - they review the most interesting projects and give them marks.

ICOs can be found at any cryptocurrency resource websites or social media handles. But I get mine from a telegram discussion group and we analyze and talk about the project whether it is feasible to invest in or just toss it aside

Sometimes I'm looking for projects on well-known managers from this forum (what projects do they conduct), and most often look at icobench.com and icodrops.com
but no all projects have  a bounty-programm, so more details information i'm looking at forum

I like use for researching good ico bitcointalk site and also i like icobench site or some other ico rating site. You need to spend some time to find good one.
