The best place to look for ICO projects than bitcointalk I have not yet met. The truth was another Bounty company, on which I decently earned, which I received in the mailing list from the company itself.

I find interesting ICOs on ICO listing website such as tokenmarket.net, ICObench, and ICOdrops. Those websites carry out research on ICOs before they list them on their website.
There are still many communities in which professionals check and select the most promising ICO and give in their chat rooms. Find such a community and you will always receive the best ICO.

I do my own research 
I use several sources to select ICO (for example, ICODROPS or Ituber or Bulk). I analyze each source and choose the best ICO.
Previously, I focused only on sites with ratings, found projects that are presented in several ratings and believed that this is a guarantee of success. Now I analyze the projects myself.
I look for some popular investors, that share information about their choices, and use this info to learn more about ICO.
Try looking on icobench.com. Look at best rated ICO's.

Basically only here on the forum you can find good crypto projects. I do not trust the sites that put ratings and bloggers, as there is a possibility that they specifically evaluate crypto projects.
I gather information from different sources. starting with the bitcointalk forum. continuing with thematic sites with ICO ratings,crypto channels, sites and much more. but the main give preference to this forum
I use private google docs that open the access to them for some money. Also, i watch for some managers that i like
Bitcointalk is just a platform for getting the immediate information usually before other medias right now. The new coins will usually announced in bitcointalk. However, we can see a growing number of ico that taps on other media like telegram and slack and twitters. Sometimes I use ICOrating.com and ICOreview.it

when I'm looking for promising ICO projects for investment, I try to study all the sites very carefully and find as much information as possible. I always learn topics on bitcointalk announcements and then I looking for information on other sites, look at the ratings, although I certainly understand, that they are not always a good indicator, that the project is quality.

I cannot deny that the forum also helps me in my search . Now, any social network has information about the projects .
A lot of ICO`s can be found here on forum. I also joined several channels in Telegram, who shows latest ICO. Some people also check ICOBench and so on. You can google, there are a lot of web sites like that.
There are a lot of interesting ICO even at this moment and we know all where we can find those and of course we can also find those interesting and great ICO here in bitcointalk because a lot of ICO giving a lot of priorities when it comes to bitcointalk or in social forums because thats the way that they can spread their details in project and also a way to understand of all people in the world how unique and strong is their project that has a lot of good future that will make a lot of good help in the peoples in every country.
