You have to adjust your gambling habits through the most rewarding settings for yourself. And I'm not talking about financial rewards, but emotional ones. As you said to have more fun while gambling small amounts of money while enjoying the company of your family and friends, adopt this as the ideal gambling session to have from now on. Avoid doing things during your gambling session which will make you regret later and feel sad.

It seems you already know what is benefical and what is detrimental to yourself. Now you just have to practice one and avoid the other. Thats heartbreaking, thats where we need real change. Not bashing influencers, but creating better jobs, better chances for everyone. Thats how you make a country great.

I think everyone will agree that losing money is a situation that no one, including gamblers, wants, but after all, doesn't gambling always involve the possibility of losing? of course, meaning if you don't want to lose anything then definitely don't ever get involved in gambling, this is the best solution. Now, coming back to what makes some people turn or make gambling their source of income, alot of situations can lead to this, and one of those is lack of real life jobs, or lacking the educational qualifications to secure any good paying job, and also, when a person doesn't have money to start up a business, they can easily turn to gambling as a source of income, hoping they can win enough to atleast, start a business, but the unfortunate thing is that, most end up getting addicted before they win any good amount of money.

Yeah, if anything it would be a one-off that makes you a millionaire. Very different to have a steady pay check every month like you have in a job.

So, I don't really know why people think of gambling as a job, or income making. It could be just a fantasy I guess.

But there are jobs related to gambling that do pay an income, like the influencers that show videos about it, etc. But that's not really gambling, that's more like advertisements.

Yes that's right, the impact of gambling can destroy all aspects of a person's life, as you said losing balance in finances along with experiencing problems in family relationships and this is a possible bad impact that will definitely occur when someone has entered the addiction phase. Gambling for fun or gain which we all gamble for subconsciously we should understand the fact that casinos are running to make you gain but for profit making off your greed, lack of discipline and impatience. The earlier we  realize this, .we see the need for moderation and good Risk management,  if you really wanna make money work, develop areas of your life not expecting a great win from casino to sponsor your life daily needs.

In a nutshell its fun, noting its subjective to the gambler and his perception, but its always good when you risk what you can afford and accept any outcome because you can't decide, but can only predict.

The anxiety you are talking about isn't found in a lot of gamblers, including me, which means that a lot of us gamblers wouldn't try to chase our losses or get anxious and depressed when we lose our money when gambling and the reason for that are that we don't gamble for money, and we always gamble with a budget that we have decided beforehand and if we lose it, we are done for the day or the week. So yes, we do exist .

However, that doesn't mean we enjoy our losses, lol. If I'm gambling, even if I'm doing it just for fun or to try my luck and I'm a responsible gambler, I would feel bad if I lose my money because I'm a human after all, but that feeling doesn't make me do anything more than just having a small sadness and then it vanishes as soon as I make myself understand that it's gambling and such things are bound to happen in it, let it go.

If you are someone whose really that trying out to make gambling as a source of income then sooner or later you would really be able to tell into yourself that you are really that delusional.
People wont really be able to realize things not until they would really be able to experience for themselves on what gambling truly is and on how it could mess up someones life if you arent that good on having that kind of management when it comes to finances.
