First of all there's nothing in investing that's risk free. There will always be risks and you'd probably lose some amounts along the way. You have to already expect and be prepared for this before you start yo invest. Though with that high capital, it also almost certain that you're going to get a good return if you study where to place your investments. It can also be advisable to just hold on to that amount and see where it will take you in a couple of months from now.

I have been buying bitcoin when the price was around 400$-450$.Most of my bitcoins are bought at that price around 40 BTC and remaining at less then 600$ price.i have been holding btc in paper wallet since then and already my stash in usd is 6 times.
here is one of my tx

what i want to know is please suggest some ways to invest my bitcoin at zero risk to earn some profit.Even 0.8% to 1% profit per month is good for me but it should be risk free.i don't mind the profit percentage but risk should not be there.if you have some suggestions please post that too,if i should keep holding for more years and if yes how long should i hold?
I believe there is no investment that is free of risk, even holding your current bitcoin in your wallet is not risk free because of the volatility of Bitcoin price. Some times the price will increase in your favour and may equally decrease also against you. I will advise you just hold your bitcoin pending the outcome of 1st August meeting. Although you should have it at the back of your mind that there is not investment that is risk free.

Can you tell me how that works? you mean i only have to share my signed signature with bitcore, steller, byteball and they will give me altcoin for free?if that's so i can do that.tell me more?

Correct. forget all the people talking shit about icos.

These coins have to distribute themselves somehow and they've chosen to do it based on bitcoin holdings.

Sign a message with a message they supply and get coins for free
Hurry with byeball. You got 4 days link your bitcoin through the byteball wallet. The stellar one is based on a blockchain snapshot on june 26th. Can't remember the bitcore details.
Thanks for this information.I got decent stellar lumen for 45BTC.dumped them for BTC on poloniex.got around 0.43 btc without risking anything.I will try byteball too. Grin
Good, I recommend you should try Byteball soon, after distribute the price of Byteball usually rising up and you will take double profit with holding Byteball + some Byteball from distribute
If on july 9 i get some byteball coin for 45 btc then next month full moon i will again get same amount of byteball on 45 btc?

it's actually 600% since late 2015.anyway who doesn't like to earn more and more?that's why with holding i am looking for some ways where i can invest some bitcoins with 0.001% risk and earn 1% which is 0.45 BTC per month that i will spend.isn't it good to hold bitcoins and even get to spend 0.45 btc per month?

What you're asking for here in terms of risk/reward just cannot exist. If any investment either in crypto or fiat conventional world offers 1% per month return then it's most likely a Ponzi or other fraud, or at best and extremely speculative venture. Look at low-risk investments to see how much banks will pay in interest or government bonds return in comparison. Anything yielding more than that is by definition high risk.

hold on your btc dont invest anywhere until we got some conclusion about upcoming event in bitcoin core. Actually every investment have a risk, nothing investment without risk. In my opinion smallest risk is invest in mining equipment, you can mine coin until you get ROI and then get profit every hour and you also can sell your hardware later

There's no such thing as risk-free in any investment, even in ones where there aren't much returns you still could be opening up yourself to a ton of risk in a WORST CASE SCENARIO type thing, if you want to invest in a place with minimal risk you're going to have to first sell that Bitcoin that you own-- because just by owning that you're opening yourself up to a FUCK TON of risk if the price was to drop, which is something that we've all gotten accustom to when it comes to the volatility of today.

Next you could go ahead and get a gov issued bond, given your gov is somewhat credit trustworthy. Maybe a savings account, CD at the bank or something like that. These have little risk but little reward, comes with the territory.

Nowhere. Zero risk doesn't exist.
Buying 40 bitcoin when it was 600$ was investment itself. Congratulations, you made $90K profits, what do you want more?
You can invest in gambling site bankroll but it is not investment without risk.

you best bet is invest some at ethereum on next crash
it will pay off in long term
will give good profit in future
rest of them hold

First of all, ETH is not bigger than BTC. So it's better to stop pumping ETH, already it is down by more than 25%. There is no risk free investment than BTC. After August 1st, when segwit will be active BTC will grow steadily like it used to. So hold your BTC and keep adding more if you can.

There is no risk free investment, this with anything, can be bitcoin, real estate, gold or whatever. The thing to consider is the level of risk you can take and the level of  lost you can handle. As always the golden rule is, don't invest what you can't afford to lose.
But to answer you question, gold for exemple is a low risk investment

If I am you and you live in a country like mine where there is more or less relaxing laws as regards financial matters, and ready to make a decision like this into a risk free, I would venture into real estate where I would build a big apartment then rent it out to tenants with that, I am guaranteed a reasonable income on a yearly basis and with a comprehensive insurance scheme, its more or less a risk free investment that anyone can think of.

First I'd suggest you to never disclose how much BTC you own and where do you keep them on the Internet, this info may be used against you by hackers, there are many examples when people who posted about their coins on social media got their accounts targeted by social engineering attacks and got their coins stolen. Always 2FA from Google on all your online wallets like casino or exchanges.

Now, as for investments, there's no such thing as risk free in Bitcoin world, but for your desired rate of 1% per month the best option would be casino bankroll investments. Make sure too study this subject well before making your investment, because rushed decision will probably hurt you later.

BTC itself is not risk free, so I find your question a little strange.

I have half less coins but I'm risking everything.

To limit risks a bit I would invest on several things so that if one goes horribly wrong I've not lost everything. Maybe keep a third in cold wallet.

As many people said in this thread, you've made a good profit already and it's better to not risk your BTC but rather hold it in a cold storage.

For how long it's for you to decide because it depends on whether you need fiat for your daily needs or other things. If I were you I'd be selling only partly when I were in need of fiat.

Risk free? I don't see any platform, sites or anywhere we can earn with less risk but for you to minimize the risk much better if you just save your btc and wait for the upcoming pumps around and just make sure that you are watching its stats from time to time so you can make profit securing and frequently earning by repeating the act of buy and selling.
All investment take risks, thats true any platform when you invest are really risks. So in this case 45BTC is a large amount, buying and holding bitcoin is good and invest in some altcoin. Some altcoins that offer profit , buy, and hold is  for sure you can earn profit.

As that's a very big amount, just a make a small investment into altcoins and ICO project that are going on successfully. If you doesn't need any further Profiting then just move the coins towards the offline wallets. Hold on, the price fluctuations will profit you.

IMO, investing your BTC in altcoins may be more safe than investing them in crypto-stocks. Another option is to give out loans (either short term or mid term), to users here in Bitcoin talk. But still, I would advice you to keep at least 50% of your stash in cold storage, without investing them anywhere.
