I would advise you to buy and sell coins only on popular and reliable exchanges. I trade in Binance, I think this is the best exchange! And if the coins are not traded on popular exchanges then you need to look for a stock exchange where the coin you need is traded.

You should find it at https://coinmarketcap.com/ maybe there you will find the market provided by dev coin you have but if you do not find there please check thread or telegram and if you still do not find there try go to https://etherdelta.com/ or https://forkdelta.github.io/ try to manually select (other) and write Address, Decimals, and name of the coin you own
Exchanges like EtherDelta, forkdelta and tokenstore which are DEX and has lower listing requirements Though it is advisable to hold onto your Tokens to get listed on normal exchanges so as to have optimum profit.
Normally I sell my tokens when they get listed on official exchanges,but the most unpatient bounty-hunters usually sell on Etherdelta,Forkdelta,some people use IDEX,but trading volume is quite low there.
It is better to sell on proven sites that have proven themselves not reviews or something else, namely time. They're the safest.

You cant just go to any random exchanger to sell your tokens. And buy the way exchanger is the place where you will be making actual sell so you should be noting that right away.
Well coming to the first point I mentioned, you have to actually look after the token listing. An exchanger is supporting it or not, if yes then how much is the volume over there etc etc. Not every exchanger will have your token listed and those who will have it must be having good volume otherwise it becomes difficult to sell as there are virtually no buyer for you if there is volume. So just remind those points and go ahead.

is this an ethereum tokens or waves tokens,
if you want to sell an ethereum tokens just go to forkdelta or etherdelata and idex
but, if you want to sell a wave tokens just go to waveDEX mate

Bro we can't suggest here any exchanges except to check the bitcoin thread of your tokens and the telegram group, go there and check their updates or you can ask their and they can help you.

If you don't have many tokens, you can register in a big exchange and change your tokens into bitcoins. If you have a large number of tokens, you can find some miners to convert them directly into US dollars, which should be easy to do.
other than that you can go to https://coinmarketcap.com/ search the name of your token and check the market tab to see the list of exchanges having the token you want to sell.
Well, not all of the existing tokens are listed there as it requires that a token should have $100k as the overall value of its daily trading.
And I guess that OP is a bounty or airdrop hunter, so he wants to sell some new tokens that are not yet listed there. (Because if he bought his tokens with money, he would for sure know where to sell them)
So just go to a coin telegram group and ask whether a coin is already listed anywhere.

It will depend on which cryptocurrencies you own. Go to coinmarketcap and search for your coin/token, then go to markets and see which exchanges it's listed on. Then sell on the one that has the highest trading volume. I do almost all of my trades on Binance and Bittrex.
You can sell your coins in many various exchanges. There centralized and decentralized exchanges. First you need to deposit you coins to these exchanges from your personal wallet and then sell them there. For example ; binance , bittrex , hitbtc ,idex..
It depend on the tokens in your wallet. If you have ERC20 tokens then you have to sell them at etherdelta, forkdelta or idex.market and if you have other altcoins then you can sell them at any exchange where they are listed.
