My family is my inspiration and the reason why I'm here. What I do is take time to relax together with the family, spent the whole week with them on an out of town vacation. I guess that's enough time to relax and refresh my mind.

Actually, the tiredness is usual for everyone who is trading at least two hours in front of the trading terminal and chart analysis. Especially if you are a short-term trader or a day trader then you are going to make a number of trades and that will lead to more tension and more stress. In order to get relax and get recharged for trading, i watch youtube motivational videos and inspirational scenes and also I do meditation for half an hour by which my body gets recharged and relax before taking new trades.

Nothing much inspired me whenever I'm stress up from trading because the rule and regulation of every experienced trader is not be greedy, don't follow the crowd and don't invest the amount you can't afford to loose. I usually stick to those words and whenever the market is not good I stay calm cause every business setting have it own down time.

My inspiration is learning from my mistake, can't find I'll stop until know what happen. Some people laugh when know my inspiration because it's look no different with work, but that's me bro. I'll take relax time when the price reach my take profit point, 3 - 4 days on bed is good. Every person have their own habit, just keep going and good luck all.

Which is not a big thing,we just have too see someone who is much popular in this field maybe your friends who is getting more and more successful and making more profits then you will also interested again on the crypto trading but if trading won't work for you then try other type of investments as well.

Being Envious to someone can really motivate us to work harder, it's inspired us because we wanted to achieved success like what other's did, I also have this attitude when facing some difficulties regarding to my trade positions, when assessment goes to the wrong way and instead of taking profits it went to the other side and I need to wait for longer time to make some bounce back either with cut losses or break even, motivating myself that I can achieved financial freedom after I gained enough knowledge to pursue with this business.

When im getting tired working in crypto i usually think my family and my love ones they are the reason why im striving hard to push forward to invest or even to trade and speaking of relaxation,yes its also important physically and mentally we have to maintain our health.

When I'm tired of trading, I do things that are not connected with cryptography, it gives me a chance to rest my brains. Also a great way to get inspired sports, sports stimulates blood circulation in all organs of the body and most importantly in the head.

Usually when I already tired or stressed because of trading, I search for inspirational story and keep on evaluating my trading method, I also search for successful story to increase my spirit, and keep on learning the new method to trade, if we can get profit from trading we won't be feeling tired anymore

One should take some break and move away and do what they like it. Go down and enjoy the nature's beauty, read something, listen music or watch TV. Play some sport or do drawing etc. This will help you to keep your mind fresh and you can be back with more better positive vibes to work on.

its not just taking a short break from trading but for the busiest life we have .we should take a break everyday to calm our mind.for trading if you make a mistake and got frustrated it happens to everyone you have think it first then take a deep breath and look at all the possible things that can happen for that mistake and search all the possibilities that can happen to ruin your project and learn from that so that you can't make a mistake like that in future.just give some time to yourself then you will find peace on your mind.

Relaxation is the best way to find the mistakes we have. I think traveling for a while is also the best way for you to calm down and have new strategies in trading. I believe this can help a lot of people especially trader and Investors because they are very influential in Cryptocurrency.

I know trading is a bit risky and tiring specially if you're waiting for something but for me i give it at an hour for or less for refreshment while doing some of your favorite hobby helps to relieve yourself. Like, smoking, eating, talking to someone, playing games etc. Because if you quit today what would you do tomorrow will not either help you too and just like what they said "if you're tired, relax but do not quit"
