Every time I'm tired of trading, I often go out with my family to the beautiful lakes. This made me feel good after the days of fatigue and not make much profit. I think people should try this method to get back inspiration

Where you take inspiration when you tired from trading?
i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.

Whenever I get tired from trading, I always look back at times when I don't have anything. I always think of my target goals again and always hope for the best things to come. I stay positive and just leave my worries away and I only think of good thoughts that trading would still be a good thing for me.

I agree with your opinion. I am trading with my group, my group consists of 12 members, and they are all students like me. When I feel tired, they are the ones who helped me get inspired
even watching the charts for an HOURS can effect badly on your trade.. try to take a break for a few hours / Or spend some times in a vacation

I have a good classical music in place to listen to when I am trading cryptocurrency, with that I can trade without much stress. Also ,I get some green tea on my table to take to refresh myself.
watch your fav. pornstar surely can help you to focus on your next trade pairs .. and reading the graphs well

When I'm tired of cryptography, I go to the sea. I live near the sea, and at the first opportunity I go to the sea to refresh thoughts and head. Also playing sports: running, gymnastics, very good help to refresh thoughts.

I think what I will do is to first romance with nature so as to lift off the burden and get refreshed. Then proceed to your analysis, trace back your trading history look at the pattern, find your mistake then give it another short. N.B always note your limits
