Everytime I feel tired im taking a break and do what makes me forget for a while the stress then I will read some of the advices of the pro traders in the gc.
Thats how I get inspiration to go on and keep trying because its part of being a trader.

When I'm tired of trading, usually I look for a good mood, by doing things that I like. I also take frequent breaks, usually I watch movies that are light and make me laugh. With a good mood and a fresh brain, inspiration will come naturally
Same situation where if I do get bored I do find up things that I do usually do that do entertains me like playing video gamesor watching movie depending on where my feet do brings me and after I do release out my boredom then I do go back on where
I was before.It isn't really bad to make some breaks for sometime because unable to do so will just mess up your trading pattern.
When you tired of trading, do a detox. Avoid any crypto news for a week. Avoid logging in here in Bitcointalk and replying to forum posts. Go out in a vacation with your family. If you can't go on a vacation, binge watch on all the tv and movie shows you missed.
personally I do not have a special ritual that was done when I lost money on trading

If i lose my investments and sometimes get tired of market performance, i will just think of my family and love ones because they are my inspiration for me to work hard in this environment. They always make me think positive on every market failures that there is always a rainbow after the rain.

I usually watch professional trader's video tutorial how easy for them to make profit in trading everyday. Usually, I watch through youtube, sometimes through their social media accounts. Trading can be very frustrating especially if you're just starting. If it's not a string of losses, It's your ever-bleeding emotions. Despite this, It can be overcomed. The first time is always about breaking the emotional barriers. Most people might argue but if you can get your emotions right, trading would become effortlessly easy. When I hit a roadblock or run out of steam, I simply take some time off and try to keep things strictly on positive vibes ONLY. And when I'm pumped enough, I resume. Rinse and repeat for every time I feel like everything is falling apart.

For me my inspiration is my family i need to trade when i saw a possible opportunity only. It is not that easy to trade even how good you are unless you master every single move that will end up in profit. The inspiration comes from the most important thing is how you can run it, remember that trading requires calm peace of mind because if it is wrong then you will suffer losses, especially in the cryptocurrency market you should be able to read the coin movement chart and of course it produces inspiration too.
putting yourself in trading for now is indeed quite heavy. Well, we know that charts are hard to guess. honestly I have prepared enough bitcoin to wait for a higher price, but sometimes when the price goes down, it makes us a little frustrated. however, I am sometimes excited when I see speculation of people who think positively about bitcoin in the future, therefore I am still trading to increase the amount of bitcoin
I position trading hours the same as the company situation. if I'm in working hours, being tired doesn't stop me completely, active chat with trade groups is the solution, sharing an updated chart makes inspiration more interesting. but if the graph does not allow. I chose to analyze it. I am not familiar with the all-in method, so there is plenty of time to open order positions

Since I do have my own family already and I do have kids, they are my inspiration in everything I do, I make sure that they will not experience the same experience I had before when I was a child, I wanted them to grow as a normal kids do, and not to oblige them to help in selling many things at a young age just like what I did before.

When I am tired at trading or even at my work. I always think about the plans that I have and the dream lifestyle that I want to have someday. I don't know if it will work to other people but for me, it is working and it really gives me fuel to be productive again and do all my best to get the job done and make a progress towards my goal.
A dream with a better life has indeed become one of the determination for us to be able to work harder. I myself also have a dream and also a family that I really want to be happy with. I hope I can to be able to give the best. when there are losses in trading or other problems that make depression there I remember about what I had planned to be able to rise

Having a group of like-minded people helps so much...
For me this is the best thing to do in order to relieve stress from bad trading because you could get advise from them or even make you laugh and helps you forget that you lose on trading. With regards of inspiration, I guess most of us here are inspired by our family because were striving to earn from trading to provide them a better future.
