I am a fan of Ethereum as a trading asset since I first got to know cryptocurrency. I see it as a profitable asset for the long term even though in several previous period I have experienced losses due to falling price. But everything has paid off this year after ATH was hit. But at the moment I don't think I should buy anything in the market as the risk look more vulnerable to a deeper drop in price. So I was waiting for the right time to buy Ethereum. Since the market is on a down, I think it will be safer not to make purchase for a while.

Top coins are giving good results in the current market. There are still many top coins whose future is very promising. ETh is already in a good position in the market, the 2017 ath has already crossed. So now everyone is waiting to see a big movement.
And you're talking about XRP! I think ordinary crypto users should stay away from these coins. If you haven't forgotten then you are aware of the current drama of xrp.

Personally I will buy Tron (TRX) because I see a good development of the price and volume of trx today. and I believe that the price of TRX will increase in the future. and I also see that there are some altcoins currently that want to be launched using the Tron platform so that trx will be needed by investors to join the new projects that are being launched soon.
There are a lots of coin in the market. So when you pick altcoin be careful. And if you have that knowledge about the market then only go for alts. The coin you chose are good. I would suggest to pick eth on the list. Also dot and cardano also good for long term hold. I also suggest pick one good definbased coins. Cause definbased coin can give high amount of profit. But still your picks are good.

ADA is quite having a good time at this moment but I'd still go for ethereum as an altcoin to invest for this year. It has proven itself over the years being always considered as second or next to Bitcoin which is valid I think especially in terms of its large community of users which will always be its advantage whenever the market is bearish. There are many altcoin at this moment which are showing huge potential, but as to how ETH made a 'name' in this industry, there's no doubt it is having a good shot to invest, I'd say always. I think it is better to invest in the more popular and used cryptocurrency. In that respect, I will put Etherium ahead. Tron and Cardano may be good choices for investment in this case.
I agree that now Ethereum is very popular altcoin. All DeFi projects are at the Blockchain of Ethereum and the price of ETH is growing.

A number of new altcoins are appearing in CMC all of a sudden and they are reporting multi-billion USD market cap. I don't know who are pumping these coins. But most of them doesn't seems to be having a real life usage. I would be very careful before investing in these coins. BTW, I am not talking about coins such as Chainlink and Polkadot. I was referring to coins that were created in 2020 or 2021, such as Elrond, Synthetix, Compound, Solana and UMA.
During a bull market like today I don't buy altcoins. The last time I bought altcoins when the price was still cheap was November and I'm currently holding it. Among them are Ethereum which I hold and also Chainlink.

I think having ethereum, bnb, ada, uni and wave will be enough for me. Of course I have most of my money in bitcoin, so I am not even talking about that since we are in altcoin section of the topic here, which is why I think it is quite obvious that people want to talk about altcoins. However rest of my money is distributed between these coins, ethereum because we all know how awesome ethereum is and already made a very decent return from it as well, bnb because binance is trying to replace ethereum with bnb, will they succeed or not is undecided but at least it helps bnb price to go up so much, ada because they have great developers working very hard on it, uni because it is a brand new technology which can be improved but has a huge potential, and lastly wave because that is a coin I had waaay back over a year ago and decided just not to sell.
I currently hold several altcoins. here I will share the altcoin to you. maybe it can be used as a preference to be able to buy and invest in the long term. But before buying, of course, you have to do your own research whether it is suitable for you or not

There is nothing that I like from your list of recommendations, because for now I am more interested in buying Ethereum,
even though the Ethereum price is already very high, I am sure that the Ethereum price can still go up, even touching the $ 2000 mark.
it's worth looking at coins that have not pumped yet such as EOS, BAT or ETC. They have a good roi ratio kuz they're far from their all time and they 're actually giving some good signs.
