as.exchange
Feel free to add as.exchange to the list, would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Adjusting it your list criteria:

For P2P Crypto-to-FIAT Exchange and vice-versa...
BTC: https://as.exchange/ - Custodian - optional KYC - centralized

But we already have patented TVS derivative for P2P Crypto-to-FIAT TVS Exchange, and will be adding other crypto for P2P, and later in this year will add Real-time Crypto Trading with Advanced Features.

And for your reference, here's our official thread on BitcoinTalk: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5293103

Any questions and feedback are welcome. We aim to make it as suitable and useful for each of you, as we possibly can.

I think all top 20 exchanges have almost equal metrics, just some specific features motivate us to use one or another...  I use cex.io  now because of low fees and instant deposit with plastic card
oh they already proceed cards? did't know about that. is withdrawal also available ?
yes, it is. seems till the end of september 0% deposit fee for all operations, regarding withdrawal don't know exact

Wow, update this thread after a long time.

Yes, but the list contains only a very small part of the existing exchanges. It would make sense to expand the thread to cover all large and medium sized crypto exchanges, i.e. that have at least one million trading volumes per day.

Thanks for your feedback. Please list exchanges that are to be added/removed. I'll update OP accordingly.

I think you can consider adding exchangers aggregator from my signature. bestchange.com have a list of instant crypto to crypto exchanges, crypto to fiat and also the exchange between crypto and digital bank services like PayPal, Skrill, Webmoney...
they check each one individually before listing and they proved to be trustworthy. btw they operate for 13+ years they are certainly experienced.

BlockTrades.us is showing the following notification on their site...

In response to upcoming regulatory changes, we now require users to create an account before they are allowed to trade with us. Your account will initially have a daily trading limit of $1750 USD, but you can increase this limit by submitting identification information via the Authorization menu.

Hence, I'll suggest to replace it in OP with CoinSwitch.co.

Done. OP Updated.

Bitfinex should remove from the list cos fail our trust but I will definitely go for bitsane cos they have a lot coming thru, coinbase and localbitcoin. Thanks
Bitsane is currently a newbie in the compared to the available exchanges in the list. Bitsane should have to do hard struggle for their promotion in the community of bitcoin and have to advertise more and have to maintain their signature advertising alive for a longer period just like yobit which has a lot of shaddy activities but because of its advertisement everyone when join then first join yobit.

You should remove Cryptsy from the list.
Thanks for the suggestion. Replaced Cryptsy.com with Gemini.com.

Moreover, it seems that Bit-x.xom is now known as CoinsBank.com. So, updated the list with this new name. But, does anyone really use CoinsBank.com? If yes, I'd like to know feedback regarding it.

ix. www.Bit-X.com

x. www.huobi.com
For me as of now best btc exchanger is poloniex. It's volume is so far so good. Also, it is so simple and easy to understand. Earning bit by bit from that site.

Slava Ukraini!
I use two bitcoin exchanges. First one is Yobit (what a surprise to hear it from member who wear Yobit signature). Yobit have some negative aspects, but I never faced it. I use Yobit only for popular coins and I'm trying to avoid various shitcoins.
I also use C-cex. I have only positive experience while using it.
I tried btc-e, but I didn't liked it. Minimal deposits and withdrawals is quite big if compare to other exchanges. And they only accept deposits in few coins.
