I've only ever used btc-e so can't comment on others. Was ok, but could be better. What I'm really looking forward to is decentralized exchanges. Those will be the future and in the spirit of bitcoin.

By decentralized exchange do u mean the likes of localbitcoins ?

I only use Poloniex, since the volumes I trade are pretty small (and usually just Doge -> BTC). The absence of a withdrawal fee is pretty nice.

I use poloniex, bittrex & cex.io. So far i am happy with bittrex but cex support take days to reach or they just don't care.
I'll say stay away from it unless you can't trade anywhere else.

i am using virwox.......it is easy and useful! Wink

Virwox is a good option if you want to use paypal and don't want to engage in ID verification process, though it has a low limit and high fee.

Whenever u r using a reversible payment method like paypal, there will be low limit and high fee. It is inevitable. For details, please read How some services offer Bitcoin against credit card ?

I like to use ANXPRO, they offer a lot more than just an exchange, like debit cards with 0% loading fees...
Other than that I would just use localbitcoins, but most sellers there sell for a lot more than on the ANXPRO exchange.

i use bittrex now, since cryptsy locked my account immedietly after signup completed! and i didn't like btc-e and heard bad reviews about it

Have you tried sending a support ticket on cryptsy? Or you may try sending a PM to BitJohn https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitjohn-110699.

I use multibit.

It's something I picked up at the start and see no reason to leave.

So I am using it.

MultiBit is a wallet... not an exchange. We are talking about exchanges in this thread.

not sure anymore since most exchanges are pump and dump now.

acting like mt.gox brothers and sisters.  Roll Eyes

How does pump and dump go? Can you explain it?

1. Exchange owner buys bitcoin when the price is low.

2. Pump: Exchange bot gives an illusion to people that the asking price is high, so the rate goes up. (ref: The Willy Report)

3. Dump: Exchange owner dumps all his coins at higher price.

4. Profit.

I mainly use Bittrex because it's the leader for pump&dump; moreover Bittrex has a very clear interface with volume, trade history, spread, change and many other useful infos.

On the other hand, Bittrex has its defects as the coin-removal ( if one coin doesn't reach a volume of 0.1 BTC ) they will remove it. Furthermore Bittrex doesn't have a referral program.

But, anyway, for me it's currently the best exchange.

I've started using Bittrex too.

But it seems they've increased the daily volume requirement from 0.1 btc to 0.2 btc recently. Any coin that fails to meet this requirement will be removed from their site.
