No. UNISWAP has terrible fees which are a bad idea for traders.Just stick on bitcoin, whatever happens, bitcoin still there and most altcoins are following the bitcoin dominance. I prefer to purchase ethereum, BNB, and bitcoin with your $5k, in that way might I will earn a profit after a year or even a month(s) when there is again another ATH in the market.
But always bear in mind that crypto investments are very risky, you need to have understood first the market movement before diving into crypto because it is not easy to gain profit while you did not understand.

There is a chance to invest to SYL from XSL Labs for their new project, but the ICO was closed, i think if you want to try to invest in it ( wich i think this is the most legit project out there ). You need to wait for the listing in April. Another project to consider investing is Cardano and HBAR.

now uniswap has become one of the major DEX exchanges nowadays and it has a good impact on their token price movements in the market (uni), I think you can use half of the funds you have to invest in uni tokens because if you look at the development now it is not impossible if the price of the uni token will increase as much as another token exchanger, BNB.I have 5k dollars, you think i should investment any altcoin.

If you want to find other promising coins, then I advise you to check Coinmarketcap for help. 5K dollars is a fairly large amount and it is better if you think carefully before deciding which projects you can really entrust and stay in the black. I would not refuse coins from the first 10. But there are some projects located lower in the rating, which also have good chances for growth and development.

there are many promising projects and with interesting use cases, your investment if in the long term it may need more study... in the short term i believe any project in the top 10 can make you money, the upcoming altseason will do look like a game that of 2017/2018.

If you are going to invest $5,000 in Altcoin I think you should DYOR. Don't go for the hype, hearsay or recommendation it will just made you cry. There’s a lawsuit against this so called XRP the owner sold most of his XRP and also known to be an owner of some other coin.
I know there’s been a FUD about XRP about it getting to 4-5 trillion market capitalisation.

might work with different token as developer work on extensive terms as preparing presence of product and service to reach public audience and gives of chance as investors to work on finance with the arbitrage trading with the market. that different plan with varies of token helps to minimize risks on bankruptcy.
Something I want to mention for those who haven't invested yet. Look at the time graph, if we were invested before the running time. I think after the two months, we could feel the same bad. For now, a 5K investment isn't a huge amount of money, but you could earn a huge amount of money from it. At least select 10 different altcoins, then there will be zero chances to lose money.
I don't agree with this strategy. You need to do thorough research before investing in any altcoin. I would recommend investing in not more than three different altcoins. If you go for a higher number, then in all probability you will be investing in at least some of the shitcoins. Also, following a large number of coins can be cumbersome, especially if you are not a full-time cryptocurrency traders. And you need to follow them frequently, since altcoins are much more volatile when compared to BTC.
