The best currencies for long term investment in crypto are bitcoin and ethereum. BNB is a very good currency with binance being its own currency the demand for this currency is increasing with bitcoin ethereum bitcoin is the king of crypto depending on the value of this currency, the value of other currencies increases as the price of bitcoin starts to fall so does the price of other altcoins.

you should be able to be more specific for the intended long term. moreover, you certainly will not know how the market conditions in the long-term planning that you mean.I am always in a dilemma to determine long-term investment because no one ever knows the state of our assets in the future. although assets are safe from scams market conditions are not always friendly to the plans you make.
all assets mentioned by the OP are very good for investment. but we won't really know which ones will increase.

Hold it all and exit when the market peaks. Buy lots of Bitcoins and altcoins in turn. Maybe next year we will face a bear market so stay calm and act right. I used to believe the market would go up forever but that was wrong and I lost most of my money in the bear market.
There's no such market that always go up, what seems to be good for year will surely go down as well in time just like what happened on Real Estate they are on a bubble before and not we see its huge decline. This market is very volatile, you should always know when to buy and sell. I do agree on some coins on the list of OP, they are indeed good for long term investment, but I do suggest to have a target price always and know how to take profit. ~

Well that's the thing. "....when the market peaks" but when is it gonna happen though.Just throwing down that market will face bear trend isn't gonna just do.
You have mentioned all my favorite altcoins in your list. I have invested all my money in some coins from your list, which are Ethereum, Cardano(ADA), Polygon(Matic), and Trx. I suggest you add ARPA to your list because it is also a strong project and will increase in the future. I have investd in it for long term.

Long term best investment is bitcoin, the original crypto currency which gave origin to all altcoins. At this point I think it's a bit dangerous to think about altcoins being good long run investments, because they are becoming too similar when compared to their pairs... Ethereum had the advantage of running its own network, making possible for many developers to create their own projects on this network. However, new networks are being developed as well, like Binance one which also work on its own, so Ethereum doesn't have the same status it had before. On the other hand, nothing threats bitcoin. That is why it's definitely the best investment option.
If you were to check what type of investments were involved in the long type term of investment category, gold is definitely one of the strongest to be held. And with that information in mind, you can already correlate what I'm trying to say. As we are in the digital age, Bitcoin is considered as the modern gold as its concept is almost the same altogether.

Definitely it's BTC, though there are crypto whose goal is for long term development or it can benefit in the future. However due to markets volatile some crypto wasn't able to survive the competition among different projects and only those who are already exist along with btc like eth can be trusted for long term. Same with companies like BNB who have a reputable exchange.
Bitcoin and Ethereum should be on everyone portfolio for long term hold, While All others crypto can be used for a mere speculation and day trading. but for long term HOLD those 2 is the best among thousands of crypto coins/tokens.

For first 3 coins, bitcoin, ethereum and BNB, long up to 5 years will be very profitable, I never doubt even though the current price is dropping, while the rest of the coins above are only for short-term even daily trading.
