Ethereum and waves are altcoins i keep buying and transacting when have bitcoins. The two coins gave me considerable profit on everytrade transaction i did. Even ethereum very profitable to be held longterm.

Ethereum - already costs too much to start investing in it.
The market is now almost green, so I guess now is the time to hold and wait for the times of huge drop. I would only care to buy byteball now, perhaps, but it will not make you get big profit anyway, just some 15% increase from what we have now, for the coin is good and doesn't deserve to be red.
For the moment I still believe in bitcoin as the best coin I invest in the long term, and the second is Litecoin is good one.
As for my short term i invested some of the my capital into the waves and have got a little profit, and I continue to LSK and Dashcoin for this it seems to be increasing, if you already get a little profit i sell the coins.

I suggested you buy monero for trading or investment. I see monero price action and volume got stable, this is a good indicator that coin will survive on real market. All you have to only replace long time period on your strategy graphic chart and see where the price moving. To make safety, don't forget stop loss and money management. Good luck.

Bitcoin. Never count it out as it consistently tops the crypto market space. Second is ethereum. You can use ethereum tokens in various ICO projects.
I would suggest instead of going for altcoin or alter coin ,invest in token,mainly ethereum tokens.threre are two positive thing about it,first its price will rise as project progress and second is you have buyback protection which cancel the chance of loss.

I am also new in trading. I bought waves, clam LSK, Ethereum and doge. My advice to you is to do some research, read some blogs about altcoins and trading. You can also watch on youtube. Good luck

Actually you need to analyse the coins yourself because without analysze ownself prediction about any coin is impossible ( may be luck can do something ) , so my recommendations for youbfirst of all go at the coinmarketcap and then put that coin which you want to buy . Here my self analysis of the coins in this week is pivx , creva , dgb , bcc ) bitcoin cash) , ETH , dash but small need to go down .
The coins that i mentioned are available to buy at low price , so buy yourself at this price in small small amounts and make profit in the month with 20-30% net gain profit .But don't buy single coin only because to buy a single coin in bulk is a risky step of trading
