As per my view the best exchange is bittrex as it has strong security and very responsive and quick support service. This site never got any phishing attack due to its security features.
My favorites is Bittrex, and I also like Etherdelta (not the greatest interface, but does the job once you're used to it.... and can get all the new coins first)
I would advise you to use Bittrex, Binance and Yobit. These all three are the best exchanges and easy to use on mobile I used to trade on bittrex without facing any problem till today. Bittrex seems me to the best for trading with user friendly interface with low fee.
The best exchanger for trading to me are poloniex because of the transaction fee is very low not like the other exchanger and easily to access even you are using mobile phone , the next one is crytopia it is easily to buy and sell in this site but the transactoon fee is very high 0.0004 if im not mistaken and also theres a lot of shitcoin in this site thats why its my 2nd choice ..the last is etherdelta you can buy and sell new release token from myetherwallet but if you are using mobile its my recomended to use this site ..its not mobile friendly and very laggy

if you want low fee on trading you can use Etherdelta. and if you want secure exchanger you can use BITTREX or Cryptopia.
just choose an exchanger with a high security like 2FA and email verification. many exchanger have a low fee but not guarantee a safety.
so make your choice.
Right now Binance is the best exchange. They have a great team that gives an answer that you need in few minutes. They have a lot of coins and fee is really minimal. And you could use bnb to pay less. They have a lot of coins and every day they add more. I am really satisfied with them.

There is 3 exchange site paltform which I can recommend you that is best thing to use it for trading the altcoins for you to have a proper earnings in trading. These are the hbtc, Bittrex, and poloniex.
Changelly: Perfect for quick crypto exchange. Easy to use and great for beginners.
Bittrex: One of the most used exchange.
Poloniex: If you using Binance or Bittrex, you don’t need this one. However, another popular exchange.
If you trying to trading with big amount, i suggest Etherdelta because they have same fee for all transaction. And if you trading with small amount then use Bittrex because they have 0.2% per order. Bittrex: One of the most used exchange.

I already tried bittrex, hitbtc, etherdelta, binance trading on my mobile and its all working fine no problems encountered, easy to use like using on your desktop just be sure to have stable internet connection because my experienced especially on etherdelta was ridiculous if your connection was kinda slow like using mobile data connection it can take up a couple of minutes to load.
Binance is good for you. It has Android and IOS app. Easy to use.

lots of exchanges out there. some the examples are bitrex, polonix, binance, criptopia, etherdelta, gdax.
trading in binance is one of the choice, if you want to trade using mobile . because it has app both android and ios. talking about the fees of trading in binance, the fees of withdraw and trading in binance is low . so i advice to trade here .

I too can recommend Bittrex. It's user friendly and caters for most coins.
I prefer poloniex some hate it but don't have encountered any problem so far 1 year trading from them. Not sure if they have the lowest fees but all my transactions was smooth never encountered a delay except transferring bitcoin, since bitcoin tx is really slow nowadays.
Now there are hundreds of exchanges. It all depends on what kind of coins you are trading. All my needs are covered binance, etherdelta, bitshares and bitfinex.

i recommend bittrex in trading exchanges , it has a low fee and fast transactions. You can also try in binance , they have application for easy trading , just download it in playstore. And even coinexchange , hitbtc , mercatox. Don't trade in etherdelta and yobit , they mostly have problems in withdrawals and transactions. And their fee is high. But if you want to buy cheap coins you can buy in etherdelta. 
Bittrex much preferably, followed by yobit, though fee may be high... But consider traffic
