you are right. So far, I just feel that real estate is the best way, and the fastest to return the funds we invest. it's just that it takes around 2-3 years. well, I'm also targeting that. however it can make a profit with little risk.

Selling alcohol has a massive turn over. The ROI is amazing and its crazy people pay what they do. One bottle of whiskey/whaever can make a few dozen shooters and it will only cost you the price of like 10 shooters. The ROI is over 4x with ease. Even selling beer. There is no skill needed at all. You don't even have to open it, you just bring it to someone or grab it from the bar. Beer is like 2x ROI just like that.
The thing is you need to attract people to your bar and that is where promoting comes in. Promotions and advertisers will always be needed.

Big in terms of startups is rather the opposite. Startups start as small and then grow big with gradual expansion of team and infrastructure. Getting into an already established company makes your risk minimum but also harder to buy shares to since it is already saturated. The smaller newly created companies carry more risk but there is the good ROI over time.

Well it all depends on what you want, whether you are looking for a high risk investment or low risk. Bitcoin is one of the high risk investment but the profit that come from it is always huge, if you're lucky, but if you're not it is a huge loss at the end. But if you want something of a low risk, you can consider things like High Interest Savings Accounts, Dividend paying stocks and ETFs,Lending club and the rest of them without much risk at all. If you need Something of high risk, you can check out REiTs or even currency and bitcoin Is one of these as I have said.

Any form of investment for you can be profitable only if you are good at what you invest in. I think your grandfather was well-versed in real estate and was a professional in his field, and that is why he was able to earn money from it. By investing in cryptocurrency, you can earn money quickly and lose your money quickly. You can see this from people who bought Bitcoin for 15,000-20,000 dollars. Then you have to check what else you need to buy (stove, freezer, tables, chairs) and calculate how much it will cost, what meals you will offer, if there will be any desserts, how many customers you expect daily...

Another one is stock market if you picked the right one you can make a huge profit, it's like investing in Cryptocurrency, some stocks can go as high as 50%, another form of investment is food business, just look for a good location and create a unique and mouth savoring food and you are on your way to profit.

Land and real estate can give a nice yearly return, but locations are important to make a profit. For most people buying a house will be their biggest investment so buy more than one house or condo is for most people not possible.
But if you can find a project with good locations where you invest with a group of people then you can get nice cash flow from passive investment.

The safest investment of all time is real estate because it increases from time to time due to public demand or accessibility in the area. The land will only decrease once a disaster hit the area like floods or landslides making it not safe to occupy. The only problem in this is you need a large capital, documentation and a lot of tax fees.

but despite many risks like that, I think real estate is still the main choice in investing. for those who have large capital, they will certainly put their funds in this investment, especially with a steady increase and far from inflation making this investment the most favorite

When you think of a business, before calculating the ROI it is a must to know the need of the people in the particular location where one has planned to establish the restaurant. If not, should come up with a unique recipe and should be marketed perfectly. I believe same as the ROI will be the rate of loss if we didn't receive the calculated number of customers which makes it a hard business as prepared food can't be kept for next day.

I usually see promising investments that claims that they have the highest roi ever . few examples of this are cloud mining , mlm/networking and others that are really risky investments but i think they are only too good to be true because i have a friend of mine that already tries investing with these kind of investment but all i see is that my friend is struggling to gain a profit .
