In my opinion, I think you should go with ETH since this is now as this is one of the best altcoin for investment. However, the price market movement of eth is somehow dictated with the btc performance. Will just hope that btc will be doing good such that the altcoins like eth will also move forward and grow further.
I think is better to hold for long term Nano. It has now a low price and i think is time to buy it now and keep at least 1 year or sell it before if you think it grow enough from the time you buy it. Anyway i will hold as much Nano, i think Nano should reach at least 1000$.
