Novice and inexperienced investors who are either new to the crypto ecosystem or investors who want to gamble their luck on new ICOs are the people who still invest in new ICO projects. About 20% of people in the crypto space both new and old investors believe that the greater the risk, the higher the profit potential of this new ICO projects. A lot of these investors do not really research enough about these projects before investing in them..
You might think no one invest in ICO project but there are some real investors there who always go in for these ICO projects. Always remember that success is for the risk takers. But to be sincere many investors have halted investment but as to what lure them into it is the lies from the project team
Of course, to have earnings you need to risk your money. However, investing in current ICOs is a very big risk, usually unjustified by the same large earnings.
Therefore, now it is better not to risk investing in ICO.

In the past I have invested in ICO projects of which many of them turn to be a scam project because they later went away with all investors money, and some of those same developers are coming in a disguise way with another ICO projects to attract more investors and that is why I don't believe in any ICO projects any longer.
There always will be interesting ICO's even in bear market, "from the ashes phoenix rises". Projects which building right now, will be huge in next bull cycle. Olthough ICO's could be risky investments, they come with higher potential outcome and some investors likes that strategy. And remember, "do not put all eggs in one basket".
One thing that lures people to invest into ICOs before was the hope that the market can recover after the bear market and the glory days of ICO will come back. But opposite thing happened and ICO market seems to be dead because of taking over of IEOs.
There are a lot of people investing in ICOs. but you know, now this trend is going down and new wave calling IEO has replaced ICO approach.

But so far ICOs are not dead and still invest in them, although the situation at ICO is very difficult now, but it seems to me that in time everything will return to its place So actually investors invest in IEO
so even though at this time the IEO has got a lot of investors but it does not make the ICO lose all of its investors.

maybe because there are often ico projects that are scam and porous that don't exist in the real world, making investors think twice about investing in ico and this becomes very bad for ico itself because without a project investor who really has a good project it will be difficult to be realized.

ICO attracts people from different works and space to get involved in the various projects in the sense of buying into their projects which is also considered and investment as they get their funds exchanged for tokens and hold or sell at markets
I think this investment is more observant and careful if you want to join the ICO,
plus the IEO has now appeared, so I think ICO is not a good choice for now,
but I am sure that for the IEO too, there will be less interest when investors are already saturated with the IEO which is no longer profitable.

I've been in several Telegram groups in the past and I can't count how many has gone away. I always look at the team if they have the group to beat or if they have some sort of a Charlie lee type of guy. Latest I saw was Ecomi, a crypto collectible with AR that already had their private sales sold out. As an investor, that also tells me that they'll continue and may have the chance to go 10x. Like in the crypto world, ICO and everything is a risk.
What's funny is that those Telegram projects even went to events and after a few months time, their telegram accounts are already inactive for a long time already. I would recommend everyone to go with STO's and IEO's already, they provide more security to the investors.

It may still be there, but in my opinion, the demand is not as big as before because indeed competition from the current trend also makes the market of ico weaker. there must be a change in ico to be able to restore investor confidence.
Speculators are people who have a lot of money and are willing to provide capital to invest in the ICO.
