Crypto market is a free market. But I can say that, investors are controlling the market. But they are not controlling the 100%. When the people buy more the price will be up and when they will buy less, price will fall. So things depend on them of crypto currency.

I have been following the crypto scene for the past year and sometimes even though some companies do well their token price drastically goes down and this is the same with btc too. People like john mcafee and roger ver are always talking about how we should get ready for the bullish market but yet the price keeps on decreasing and so i'm asking how and who controls the price. If there is anyone who might be running it?

Crypto market are mostly controlled using their demand and supply which drives the market and these supply & demand is been managed by the big whales or you can say smart money. I don't think we the amateur traders can control the full market and so the best way to survive here is by following the footprints of the smart money and getting in and out of your trades when they do so at the right time.
The answer to this question is just so easy because it's the users that controls this system. Well without the control of the users crypto market can't really tun. We are the driver of this system and we run it. Users and investors have the power to control the crypto market since they are the people who benefits from this.

Factors that affect the cost of crypto currency, too much. In addition, they may differ for different crypto assets. There is an opinion that the fundamental factors have no influence, but this is not entirely true. Indirect influence on the pricing of digital money they have.

Many big bag holders speculate prices and when to go bullish but the truth is, that is one of their strategy to be able to convinced people to invest and wait for the price to go up and leave all the small traders behind. They can partially manipulate the price but they can’t control it totally.

This is what makes me confused, basically all cryptocurrencies adhere to the concept of decentralization, when someone has a lot of money so he can buy a lot and control prices so that this is not really good.

The best part of this market is, no one controls it. It runs on the demand of the coins the people holds and the market stays strong as long as there are investments being made and generated.

I think the one who controls the crypto market is the person who holds the crypto itself, if many people sell crypto prices it must go down and vice versa.

We the investors are the ones who controls the crypto market. For every transaction we do wether it is buying and selling it affects the market if we invested more the market tends to go higherand if we sell more it tends to go deeper so we are the ones who really controls the market.

investors control the crypto market
Bitcoin miners are given an incentive to mine the Bitcoin block chain that is most profitable for their business, which means a chain with the highest rating and activity level that will get good results. So, they will do what the owner ordered.

it’s a simple economic term of “supply and demand”. Example of bitcoin can be dragged here. When bitcoin holders tend to sell their coins, the price gets down and vise-versa for buying. Information asymmetric is another reason for price ups and downs.

Personally I dont think that anyone specifically control the bitcoin market. I beleive that it simply follows the supply and demand rule. There maybe some other entities as well but they dont effect much.

physically there is no controller of crypto market. The marketplace is dependent on the transactional behaviour of the people. one buys it and one sells it and transactions happen.thus the price rises up or gets down
