Nowadays, in my personal knowledge, it does not happen in this era that there is a virtual coin that will replace bitcoin because of the high value of altcoins compared to the price that Bitcoin is still miles away although altcoins can be considered has a high value. But Bitcoin as still King of all cryptocurrency in this business industry.
If this question is focused on the new cryptocurrency that will take the lead on market capitalization, then I will boldly say that there is no sign yet if there will be another king aside bitcoin the king of all cryptocurrencies for over a decade now, maybe a new king will emerge someday but I don't think that will happen even in the next decade.

if changing Bitcoin is very difficult but in my opinion ETH is very likely to be replaced by other coins because there are a lot of Altcoin which in my opinion have great potential to be like or exceed ETH for example I NEO has better technology than ETH and no longer has a bad team ETH.

There is no coin that can dethrone the current king of coins, the almighty bitcoin! Many other coins may come and go but bitcoin should endure the test of time.

Bitcoin has been a leader for 10 years, and not one coin has been able to move yet , and I doubt that in 3 years the coin can fall, as the whole market holds on bitcoin

It is very hard to beat mainstream coin for any altcoins. Atleast at this moment. Cause if you take Bitcoin. Bitcoin has more than half market of full crypto currency ecosystem. It is the core of the whole market. So it is very hard for a altcoin to touch this market cap. At this moment there is many coin like Bitcoin which is better on technology with same use cases of Bitcoin but they can't take the place cause people trust Bitcoin or top standard coin more than any Alts. Maybe in near future some alt replace Bitcoin or ethereum or xrp up that will take much more time than we thought.
