I don't think that any reshuffle on the top of the market will take place in near future. Bitcoin will still be the leader and Ether keep the second place. I prefer to keep my eye on altcoins especially lesser known ones. This is the part of cryptocurrency world which has the most potential. The fresh blood always has different perspective and ideas, which is good for us, final users. So I believe it's better to support the new ones (and in some cases it could be really profitable, like in case of FuturoCoin which will be rewarding its masternode owners with passive incomse) than old
Now the mainstream currency, BTC-ETH, has the upper hand, and they have the strength and technology, but the future is likely to be a new project to replace them more mature and more comprehensive. What do you think it would be?
I hope what you say is true. I hope there will be some powerful crypto pairs that can replace and reduce the pressure for Bitcoin and ETH. But this will be very unlikely. because Bitcoin is a myth and hard to beat in terms of value, market capitalization and influence. 
I don't think anyone will beat Bitcoin, because the price of bitcoin is far from the others, so it will be difficult for new coins to replace it,

There will never be the new king.Bitcoin will always be the dominant coin as long as the crypto will be existing.This coin is proven by time and people believe in bitcoin much more than in other coins.

Btc to remain king for coming time u less we see some extraordinary coin that pops up and people prefer only that coin over btc then we can see some downfall happening else for coming time investing in btc and holding is the best option .

I think not in the near future any coin can replace Bitcoin , so with Ethereum , for now we can say Bitcoin is the King and Ethereum is the Queen , but who knows maybe the next few years .
i don't think there is strong coin/token that can replace btc , but for eth its different

I also don't think there will be a new coin which will take place 1 on market, at least not now and not even more years from now, and i think bitcoin will be always number 1 if community will support it.

If I can say, there can only be a new king when the existing king dies or it permit the emergence of a new king, and in as much as I know, Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency, and it has not given any chance of any other altcoin to be the next king, and I wonder when that will happen.

It's definitely a hot topic of conversation but I don't really think that there is going to be one crypto to rule all or be 'king' if anything we are going to see amazing projects built to help the ecosystem of BTC and ETH or have those platforms as the underlying architecture. Who knows what the change of the king will lead to, maybe it will show the weakness of the crypto currency, and maybe on the contrary will show that the development is going on, and the crypto currency is not another financial bubble. In one, I'm sure none of the existing coins will bypass bitcoin

It's certainly very unlikely to ))))the latest news with the coin is very bad , I highly doubt that this project can overtake bitcoin, Ethereum could not overtake bitcoin, not that other coins , but as an investment always looks good

I do not think that the king will be able to give up his place, but I think that Ethereum is much more promising and significant in this world. He has a great future so that he can lead the cryptocurrency market.
