Both of countries are going really close by development, I guess the taxation war which is going on between net will just move Blockchain adoption in each of them. But I bet on China, they are more intelligent and not so aggressive like the states.
in a trade competition or now there is a trade war, between China and America, because it is realized that both parties need each other in trade, in terms of blockchain technology will need each other to do each of their trade transactions, so the trade war between China and America, both no one wins, because both will experience destruction. because anyone who wins will still experience destruction too.

China has currently banned cryptocurrency. As soon as China revereses its ban against cryptocurrency, there is no doubt that China would be an excellent field for cryptocurrency. If China didn't decide on banning crypto currency in their soil then I'd have to say that China will dictate the market on crypto currency hands down. But if it just cones down to US and China then I'd say the US wikl be ahead. I mean I've seen stores using crypto currency in the US rather than in China (since it is banned)

Base on level of development ongoing in china,and there influence to other developing countries, I believe strongly they will win the war as there influence is higher in the crypto space compare to USA, Thou USA has higher influence globally, but sure there influence is getting depleted.

I think China is the leader of cryptocurrencies in the world at the moment and will stay as a leader in the future. Even the Chinese government does not accept BTC, everyone knows that they are supporting cryptocurrencies. One day maybe they will use them as a USD dollar alternative.

LOL! USA, USA, USA. How could a true american ever admit that the USA is not the best at something? - That's almost blasphemous.
But let's face it, China are currently appearing to be far more invested in to crypto than the USA is. So if we are considering crypto related blockchain then China is streets ahead of where the USA is and it's going to be hard for them to catch up. But major corporations in each country are already adopting blockchain technology. I've always believed that the adoption of blockchain's is going to be driven by the private sector rather than the public sector.

For me these Chinese are not making much things to do or effort in cryptocurrency and also different types of blockchain, so I see the United States dominating them in this technology and getting more types of profit for their countrymen and also I believe that there is more acceptance of the cryptocurrency in technology in US than in China mostly.

I don’t think so there can be any such thing in case of cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology. No country can own cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology. Both the countries are making great contributions in the field of blockchain and it is finally evolving. No country can evolve in this field alone.
