Even though some people will argue that Bitcoin was not created primarily as a means of investment, it has become obvious that Bitcoin presents a good investment opportunity. Many people even use Bitcoin as a hedge against fiat is plagued by inflation.

Primarily, bitcoin was created to ease our transactions without any third parties. We should have freedom over our money; we should be the ones controlling our funds, not banks or the government. We are the ones that see it as another way to do investment because it's also a way to make money, and it's a good opportunity for investment, so I think that is why we also use it for investment, and again, through this investment opportunity that bitcoin has, we still get another opportunity that people adopt bitcoin more than expected, and hopefully it will continue that way.

One aspect that have created much argument is real estate with many saying it is more reliable than Bitcoin that they claim is risky.

You know everybody has their own priorities, and we don’t have to like the same thing. So for me, I would prefer to invest in bitcoin because real estate is not for poor people or people who earn a small amount of money. Wealthy individuals are those who invest in estate, while bitcoin investment can be done gradually. You can set aside some amount of money, whether weekly, monthly, or even daily, based on your income, which cannot happen in real estate investment. And again, every investment has risk. Both real estate and bitcoin have risks attached to them. We only know where we belong, and nobody will want to blame their own side.

Many of us are confused whether it is really worth investing in Bitcoin. Because most of them don't have much knowledge about this, so sometimes they immediately believe what others say, especially those people who lost money in crypto. That's why some people think that the real state is better because many people are getting rich from this investment because people are really looking for a house. But this investment still has risk because people choose a nice but cheap house. That's why for me it's better to invest in Bitcoin because all you have to do is wait for the price you want before you sell, and the transaction will be done easily.

Bitcoin is different from other means of investment because it is literally decentralized. You can accumulate some Bitcoin without anyone knowing that you have it.

Perfect answer, are we to talk about other investments that are physical or natural resources investment that one has to go through an intensive KYC procedures before having them, or should we also consider the rate of amount needed to make investment on other asset different from bitcoin, lastly being a digital and profitable cryptocurrency, bitcoin is most preferred of all other cryptocurrencies because of its trust, decentralization and consistencies.

Some of these people are not wrong in their opinion that Bitcoin was not created as an investment vehicle. Most of those who make Bitcoin an investment asset are also true because it is a hedge against fiat currencies.
Investing in Bitcoin along with investing in real estate is a much better thing to do.

Big entrepreneurs who understand the use of Bitcoin and have lots of money to invest will definitely make two types of investments at once with clear goals.
Well, you and I can also do two types of investments (BTC and Real Estate) at once and that is very good for planning your financial future.

If we talk about digital assets and digital investment tools then of course Bitcoin is the best. In fact I consider investing in Bitcoin much better than investing in shares. But if you compare it with investing in Real Estate, I still think Real Estate is the best. But unfortunately not many are able to invest in Real Estate because it requires very large capital. And to get profits it takes a long time. not just 2 to 5 years but requires 10 to 20 years if you want to get maximum profits. But the risk is very low. But investing in Bitcoin everyone can do it. Small or large capital is not a problem. As long as we know the risks we are taking then investing in bitcoin is much easier. And the potential for benefits doesn't have to wait decades. In fact, we can accumulate in every bearish market and start selling in every bullish market. Like pre-halving and post-halving. But yes, this has a much higher risk than real estate. But I think people today prefer digital assets over real estate. But I personally prefer to spread my investments across many things.

One advantage of real estate that we also need to mention is that it can even bring us passive income, something not all assets can do. If you own real estate, you can rent it out short or long term and you will receive a monthly income stream without losing full ownership of your land. To be fair, bitcoin and real estate are both assets worth investing in and holding for anyone. But saying that bitcoin is better than real estate in every way is a bias against bitcoin.
Real Estate is always associated with financial freedom. That is, if we are able to invest in real estate in very large amounts. Like having a very large date palm plantation. So having passive income from sales of dates in date palm plantations can clearly make someone a person who can achieve financial freedom if the date palm plantation they own is very large. And indeed there is already a billionaire figure who has a large date palm plantation and he gained financial freedom and became one of the richest people. So Real Estate has proven that this field is indeed the safest and most profitable in the long term. But unfortunately, once again, not everyone can access all of this. Because large capital is the main obstacle.

Physical investment seems like Real Estate is at the top. But for digital investments it seems Bitcoin is at the top. So both are indeed the best in different conditions.

Bitcoin is different from other means of investment because it is literally decentralized. You can accumulate some Bitcoin without anyone knowing that you have it. Since Bitcoin is too volatile, if I have to choose between the two investments I without a doubt I will select real estate in my current situation. I actually have a small piece of property inheritance and given that it is only a portion of a residential lot it's value right now is more or less $10,000. I have no plans to sell it because the location is perfect and the price is appreciating so fast. I also have plans to invest in collectible gold and silver coins if I have extra money. As a lower class guy I can't wait so many years hodling Bitcoins just to get a profit. If I am having success with my plans I will use it to buy fractions of Bitcoins just like buying silver and gold with extra money for long term future purposes.

To be fair, bitcoin and real estate are both assets worth investing in and holding for anyone. But saying that bitcoin is better than real estate in every way is a bias against bitcoin.

I do agree that Bitcoin as investment is not better than Real Estate, at least for now, because Bitcoin is extremely volatile and harder to predict compared to Real-Estate investment. But all that being said, Real Estate also has it downside, there are more risk on real estate, more of the time related to the tennant, if the tenant is bad the maintenance fee for the real estate could reduce the profit, not to mention other force majeur risk like fire and natural disaster. While Bitcoin is free of all those kind of risks.

Well, those risks are very minimal and it has a little to no chance for a natural disaster to destroy your property.
If you have tenant issues, you can always have them ejected from your property as they are causing a trouble inside your premise and then replace them with a new one eventually.
Those risks you have mentioned are actually controllable, real estate still has a wayyyyy lower risk than bitcoin to be honest not being biased here.
You know what's another risky thing about bitcoin except from it being extremely volatile? The fact that you don't have a tangible asset, the risk of it getting stolen by someone is always gonna be the risks you are carrying day to day. You could lose your bitcoin in just one Thanos snap if you're being too complacent about your security.
Could someone steal a real estate property away from you?

I am a bitcoin investor, investing mainly in bitcoin and putting a lot of faith in it. I hope I will make a significant profit from it. But I also want to say frankly, it would be biased for bitcoin if someone said that bitcoin is safer than real estate. An asset with a capitalization of hundreds of trillions of dollars, a long history and a demand for it that never stops, how can it be said that it is riskier than bitcoin? An asset that is highly volatile, still so new and has a very small capitalization.

Any investment has risk, and bitcoin is obviously riskier than real estate. But that doesn't reduce bitcoin's appeal because the riskier it is, the higher the chance of getting high returns. Opportunities are always hidden in risks. There is no asset that is both safe and highly profitable, which is absurd.

I also doubt if property investments in War torn countries are advisable, because Insurance companies do not cover damage that were done in times of War. I see all those buildings going down in the Ukraine and in Gasa and I wonder how those people are going to re-build after the war is over.  Roll Eyes

Bitcoin cannot be destroyed by any means, because it is decentralized all over the world and kept safe on the Blockchain. Yes, telecommunication networks can go down, but when it is restored.... Bitcoin will continue as usual.  Grin

I know several threads have been made in this regards with most of them moribund. I created this post because I feel so bad regarding what happened in my country. As you can see in this post and the video in it, the state government demolished an entire estate with several buildings and properties inside. This is peoples investment that just got destroyed. This was a property approved by previous administration but demolished by new government...another risk many people do not put into consideration in real estate and some other physical investments.  This is a confirmation that Bitcoin is safer and better than many conventional investment portfolios.

Anyone still doubting the freedom, comfort and peace that Bitcoin offers is probably yet to embrace reality.
The level of independence regarding bitcoin ownership is much different compared to other investment sources that have existed. We as sole owners can manage investments independently, even though our country prohibits bitcoin as an investment asset. From the incident that happened to the people living in your country, that their sources of employment have been destroyed for the purpose of transferring functions and in the end the people are the ones who suffer the consequences. The government has an assessment from the other side and even though this can destroy people's sources of income, they never want to care because they think the program they are implementing must be implemented.

Because of this the value of freedom in Bitcoin is much better than other investment sectors that have ever existed because we can control and run it independently without requiring a third party to own the assets we own. This is different from ownership which can be controlled and taken over by the government because we will never win against their power and they have great power when they have planned it must go according to their targets.
Bitcoin's independence is revolutionary, especially compared to traditional investments. Being able to fully own one's assets without government interference or confiscation is a game-changer. Bitcoin's sovereignty becomes stronger in instances like yours, where governments act in self-interest without considering their subjects. This distinctive independence from centralized systems is more than a feature—its hope for folks who've been let down.

Its apparent that unfettered government power can lead to prejudiced judgments that ignore people's needs. This causes true and heartbreaking grief and frustration. However, Bitcoin's decentralization complicates their strategy. Choice that provides citizens real control changes power dynamics. For people seeking financial freedom in oppressive regimes, asset management autonomy is the way forward.

If he is worried about risks such as natural disasters and fires that will cause damage to real estate, he should also think about the risks of the house he lives in because it is also real estate. As for problems like renters, it's too easy to solve, just kick them out of the house and rent it to someone else, I guess he has never rented a property or house to anyone.

Yes, if we evaluate fairly and without bias, it is clear that real estate is much safer than bitcoin. That is why many people call real estate and gold a safe haven, no one calls bitcoin a safe haven instead it is a risky investment. But the higher the risk, the higher the return, which is why many young people today prefer bitcoin over other traditional investments.

For those who have little capital and want to become investors, bitcoin will always provide opportunities for them, but real estate is not for them with the money they have. So I would disagree when you say that investing in bitcoin is not better than real estate. Moreover, the high volatility of bitcoin is the reason why you and I and everyone choose bitcoin, why do you call it a disadvantage? That is the big advantage of bitcoin because the more volatile it is, the more opportunities we have to make profits.

Any investment has its own risks, real estate and bitcoin are no exception. Both are good assets worth investing in and holding, but it depends on each person's economic conditions to make the right choice. How will you invest in real estate when you have no money? But with bitcoin, you can start with any capital you have.
In my opinion bitcoin can reach all investor kinds not only with they are having large capital but also small capital can participants or investing in bitcoin. Can't see any small investors can investing their fund in real estate, build up business but under $500 of capital still ability for investing in bitcoin. There are not any exception to be investor in bitcoin, despite have small or large fund still can investing in bitcoin. In bitcoin we have easily way to manage with our investment, not required with hard working such as real estate investment we need well controlling.

Better position between real estate or bitcoin investment depend on personal each self, if have knowledge and much capital easily they can build up with real estate business but in bitcoin can invest with small fund.

I am sorry to say but this is not a confirmation of anything. Those people whose property were demolished should have seen it coming. I mean did they do their due diligence before purchasing a property that is sitting on the water way and is the cause of perennial flooding. We shouldn't make any poor investment decision about Bitcoin. There are also other great investments out there.

Every investment comes with risks and if your real estate investment goes against the town plan set by the government, you'll lose it. The more reason why doing your own research is of paramount importance.

Many people even use Bitcoin as a hedge against fiat is plagued by inflation. One aspect that have created much argument is real estate with many saying it is more reliable than Bitcoin that they claim is risky.
Without a doubt, Bitcoin has shown to be a dependable investment, and its ability to help the less privileged is just one of the reasons it has outperformed other options. As bitcoin and real estate are two completely distinct types of investments, each has pros and cons, so I don't think it's appropriate to compare the two.

I know several threads have been made in this regards with most of them moribund. I created this post because I feel so bad regarding what happened in my country. Any form of investment has it’s own risk associated to it so Real estate is not different thats why there is a saying that investments are not 100% guaranteed of success, we should always expect unforeseen circumstances in any investment we find ourselves.

There is always a reason why buildings are demolished most likely, the government wants to use the land for something else. In addition, property owners receive compensation even if they will lose money on their investment and are warned before any action is taken. Land and buildings cannot be stolen, therefore if you don't buy property in regions that the government is likely to use, there won't be any issues and you won't have to worry about property theft. Investing in real estate is a wise substitute for bitcoin.

Anyone still doubting the freedom, comfort and peace that Bitcoin offers is probably yet to embrace reality.
Everyone has a different opinion about what makes an investment the best, but in my opinion, bitcoin is the best because it offers opportunities to the less rprivileged and can be started with as little as $10 and grown over time. This is in contrast to real estate, which requires a substantial amount of capital.

In term of comfort and peace i think real estate is better to bitcoin but the freedom bitcoin offers makes it untouchable.

Even though some people will argue that Bitcoin was not created primarily as a means of investment, it has become obvious that Bitcoin presents a good investment opportunity.
No, Bitcoin was created primarily as a means of payment. According to Satoshi Nakamoto's statement when he first introduced Bitcoin to the community he said "I've been working on a new electronic cash system that's fully peer-to-peer, with no trusted third party." not I have been working on a new electronic investment.
But it's the potential, borderless transactions, empowerment to every individual no matter their background, and the benefit of having 1 whole BTC among the 21 million coins that turn BTC into an investment.
