Many people even use Bitcoin as a hedge against fiat is plagued by inflation. One aspect that have created much argument is real estate with many saying it is more reliable than Bitcoin that they claim is risky.
In traditional aspect it is. Real state before and even now's value only go up due to limited land spaces. Obviously it will scarce as population goes on. Maybe I cant argue with that since most people likely to know that. But on the other side, bitcoin is used as hedge fund but it doesnt mean its going up only. So its safe to say that real state is much safer when it comes to conservatory of investment while bitcoin is much riskier but greater chance of booming unexpectedly.

Bitcoin has many advantages over traditional investment options. The main advantage of Bitcoin investment is that it is decentralised and can not be controlled by an institute or a government. You will have a complete hold over your investment. You can easily transfer Bitcoin around the globe with a click of your finger, while traditional ways have many limitations. As the supply of Bitcoin is fixed (21 Million), it can not be mined above this number; on the other hand, dollars can be printed whenever the government likes, and we have seen this during COVID and post-pandemic and could influence currency devaluation and inflation. Return on investment is much higher in bitcoin investment compared to other investment options. It can also be used as a storage of value at the time of emergencies. The only limitation of Bitcoin investment, in my opinion, is the volatility and regulatory concerns.
I think it is better to diversify your investment portfolio and not put all your investment into a single asset. You should invest in real estate, stocks, and business, along with Bitcoin investment.

#SWGT PRE-SALE IS LIVE

Anyone still doubting the freedom, comfort and peace that Bitcoin offers is probably yet to embrace reality.
Every business or investment involves some level of risk. Bitcoin is not a perfect investment because it also has some level of risk. I have also observed that there is no need to compare Bitcoin with any other investment such as real estate because they are two different sectors. I am one of the people who have so much respect for the real estate sector because it has less risk and appreciates significantly. But the recent happenings in the world are making me change my views. The recent earthquake in Turkey, Morocco and Afghanistan the flooding in Libya and the destruction of Gaza are all indicators that the Real estate sector is not risk-proof. Investing in bitcoin is not also a safe haven because many people have also lost their funds through hacks and other attacks. The best option will be to diversify your investment and learn the art of keeping your investment safe.

paper money is going away
[...] But as you invest in bitcoin with $500, you can not invest in real estate with that low amount of money which is one of the reason bitcoin can be better in that way because with little amount of money you can invest in bitcoin, unlike real estate.
If the obstacle lies in the significant amount of capital required to invest in real estate, there is actually a potentially superior solution - read more here: "How Can I Invest In Property With Little Money?" However, if the concern is the limited profit potential due to the lower risk associated with property investment, it seems somewhat reasonable.

I'm not advocating for real estate investment, but my preference for Bitcoin over real estate is driven by my inclination for more challenging risks. Additionally, in the comparison I grasp between Bitcoin and real estate, I have a slightly better understanding of Bitcoin.

There are many characteristics and features that make Bitcoin different from other crypto assets.

Meanwhile, the major reason is the problem the world is facing before Bitcoin was created by Satoshi, the technology used (which most all altcoin devs edited when creating their altcoin), the BTC consensus mechanism, decentralization, and the development that was community-driven.

Even though some people will argue that Bitcoin was not created primarily as a means of investment, it has become obvious that Bitcoin presents a good investment opportunity. Many people even use Bitcoin as a hedge against fiat is plagued by inflation. One aspect that have created much argument is real estate with many saying it is more reliable than Bitcoin that they claim is risky.

This is peoples investment that just got destroyed. This was a property approved by previous administration but demolished by new government...another risk many people do not put into consideration in real estate and some other physical investments.  This is a confirmation that Bitcoin is safer and better than many conventional investment portfolios.

Says a person who isn't part of estate business...
Just like others have said, "Every investment has a risk factor attached to it".

In the case of the incident that happened in your country, the owners/founders of the estate project could be held accountable, but in the case of having a Bitcoin loss or other risky factors attached, then you should consider starting all over.

For me, I would say that: what makes me consider bitcoin a better investment is the fact that I know the risk factors and the volatility attached, but I am still willing to take the risk.

In conclusion, I would say that: both investment are profitable. The only thing that matters is how the investor understands and interpret the risk factors, because he/she must be ready to bear the cost.

I think you are missing it here mate. Bitcoin is indeed a promising investment, but like all investments, it carries risks. Just because you've invested in Bitcoin doesn't mean that other investment opportunities lack merit. Diversifying your portfolio by also investing in assets like real estate, which tend to appreciate over time, can be a wise choice. Bitcoin's volatility makes it riskier compared to real estate.
The distinguishing factor is that you can invest in Bitcoin with any capital you desire. I also came across a post this morning in which someone sought advice on whether to invest in Bitcoin or land as assets. The answer is straightforward "what ever you may think about investing on, the choice is ultimately yours, as long as it has the potential to yield profits over time"

This is a confirmation that Bitcoin is safer and better than many conventional investment portfolios.

It will not be safe and could be worse than other investments if you cannot maintain it properly or ignore some important elements [seed phrase or private key] that have access to bitcoin.
Many people know that Bitcoin is a good type of investment compared to conventional investments but lose their coins because they don't know how to look after them properly.

Anyone still doubting the freedom, comfort and peace that Bitcoin offers is probably yet to embrace reality.

Just because they don't want to find out how bitcoin works and they also never want to find out how the fiat currency they use every day works.
I think therein lies the weakness of people who doubt all the advantages of bitcoin as a currency and as a long-term investment asset.

Buddy, there are many ways people also lose their BTC keys and find their wallet empty the next minute; i don't know what confirmation you are talking about here, neither do i know the story behind the link you shared, but real estate is a far less risky investment than BTC. Though every investment has its own risks, but some are more risky than others, take note that to be your own bank is a risk in itself and that's why a lot of people screw up and lose their coins.

Posting one link of people losing their investment in real estate is not a confirmation of anything, at least without comparing it to the number of people who have lost their BTC's, either through hacks, malware, centralized exchanges, lending and earning platforms; etc.
I once forgot a phrase or private key and it was confusing because of the risk of losing access forever, especially Talking about the risk of losing Bitcoin / crypto, both non-custodial wallets or other storage places, it's heartbreaking that I even experienced the drain myself. it feels like a sturdy and secluded house but there are people who can pass by without being seen.

Indeed, it is possible that 1 device is only for receiving and storing bitcoin / other crypto currencies not used for browsing the internet but I have not been able to have 2 different devices especially since I also often work on airdrops.

speaking of investments, both real estate of course ownership, both securities, powers or limits of rights are certainly not too risky to cause disputes.
It's a different story if it is acquired by an organizational or state body for development or utilization for state-owned businesses if the old owner / personal cannot prove ownership, of course it can be forcibly evicted. I don't really understand your video gan.

bitcoin is indeed a masterpiece that is not expected, its intention is to test transactions between users but currently many are using it for investment, transaction tools and even certain countries consider it legal to shop as currency.

sir, I myself still have bitcoin even though I invested in spot trading on CEX, I know the risks but that's the easiest way for me to utilize my bitcoin.

If I can choose ... physical investment is also needed, of course bitcoin complements and makes it easier for me to invest.

Satoshi Nakamoto did not create Bitcoin as an asset against fiat currencies or central bank digital currencies CBDCs or investment asset. Initially it is designed as a peer-to-peer electronic cash, that's it. That is the most basic we must know and if Bitcoin loses this usability, it will no longer interested.

Other usability of Bitcoin is like derivatives that blossom with time and with more adoption for Bitcoin, we will see more claims on more new usability in future.

And what happened exactly? The buildings were built in an area that the government now considers illegal to build or something like that?

Yes, Bitcoin if you self-custody it and use it well is much more difficult to fall into the clutches of the state as in this case, but the house you live in, apart from being an investment is necessary. You are not going to have everything in bitcoin and live on the street. The other option would be to live renting and have everything in bitcoin but it is better to diversify a little and that what you pay month to month is towards the equity you have in the house, not a sunk money that you give to the landlord.

I know several threads have been made in this regards with most of them moribund. I created this post because I feel so bad regarding what happened in my country. As you can see in this post and the video in it, the state government demolished an entire estate with several buildings and properties inside. This is peoples investment that just got destroyed. This was a property approved by previous administration but demolished by new government...another risk many people do not put into consideration in real estate and some other physical investments.  This is a confirmation that Bitcoin is safer and better than many conventional investment portfolios.
