I know that this is being very naive but most people are like that, so when they see a project promising all kind of stuff they tend to believe it is the truth even if we know that most likely a project that makes all kind of amazing promises is never going to deliver.

Never analyze about some ICOs or altcoin project before investing, many people just get recommendation from the other to invest with some altcoin or ICOs project, never check details about how trusted or ICOs project for investing, will give opportunity to earn profit or lost money with ICOs, just trust with some one ask him for investing there and never want to get reviews first with their project investment.

They do not study and not being so careful to the steps they take. They should study first what I mean is that if you want to invest in some ICO. You should know first their whitepaper since the plan is all stated there. There are lots of scammers out there so we should be aware of our moves and decision because they are offering good things that are not true so dont trust anyone you dont know just because they are offering. In terms of trading you should be careful on the website you are using or the trading site you are using because not all of them are trusted.

Scam are successful when we are finding a way to get out of our financial insecurity. This can even happen like offering remote works and not paying off after the work. As you mentioned that it is all possible on internet. Even though you have a MOU between both the parties even then you can be scammed.

Sadly, what can we do? We can post all we want, announce scam projects, tell people to be careful, but in the end if they don't listen nothing will happen and people will still fall prey to predatory online scams.

Nothing can be done for people like that, people need to understand that those that got huge success during their lives are those that work really hard for what they have.

You cannot really obtain something for nothing, no ones gives money away just because, we need to work for it, even those which are capable to obtain profits from icos are not obtaining money for nothing they are using their knowledge to tell which coins will go up in value and invest early, if anything they are taking a huge risk because if they are wrong they can lose most of their money.

Probably the most important reason that I find on why people get scammed on the Internet is the lack of common sense.

If you make a quick search about how to earn money on the Internet you are going to find many websites claiming to be able to make you a millionaire in a very short amount of time, but if that was true do you really think that they would be giving that information for free or for a very small cost? When you ask yourself that question is easy to see those promises are nothing but lies.

Lacking of common sense is one thing, having no capability of determining whether such kind of promise is just imaginary or too good to be true is another thing. Most of people are already put a suspicion when they are being shoved with such promises but there's always some people that could lure them into investing anyway. Those people are taking advantage of the greedines of their victim therefore even if they got common sense they will still get tricked. I've seen too much people being tricked that way despite the many news that highlight this kind of scam they'd still think that some might be a real thing.
