Well.. that is true. I am someone who got scammed multiple times during the past few years. Everyone is looking for easy profits without much effort. And the problem is that there is no shortcut for getting rich. And when you try the available shortcuts, we end up losing money. It happens to a lot of people and there is nothing to be ashamed of it. But the important thing is not to repeat the same mistakes again and again.

I have seen cases of fake crypto, scam exchanges or fake ICOs. People easily get fooled by these because crypto needs technical knowledge too to understand it. It is not easy to handle a crypto wallet or trade on exchanges specially DEX. Similarly, it is tough to differentiate between fake ICO and coins. That's why people can easily be fooled in crypto world. Crytpo education is the key.

The highest number of scammers are on internet and most of them are technologically inclined, which makes it easier fr them to be able to manipulate things p, in order to scam their victims. Imagine someone who is still a learned or a newbie when it comes to tech, such can easily be scammed.

I think that makes a lot of people trapped into being scammed on the internet because of the desire that is too big to get rich quick. Who doesn't want a very small capital to get rich in a very short time? this might always be the beginning of being trapped into the deception. Continuing, lack of knowledge is also the second reason why people are easily fooled. We prefer the instant without wanting to read and find out something that comes to us.

I think most people got scammed because they lack knowledge or new to crypto, they don't know anything so if someone offers them to invest to double their money they would immediately grab it then repent later that their decision is wrong.

greed and laziness to read one of the factors why many people are fooled on the internet, scamers always target someone who is easily lied to or has no knowledge of investment. in most cases a person cannot properly manage financial management or invest in the wrong place.

The most common reason people get scammed is because they invest their money in pyramid schemes, and then believe that their money will be doubled and returned back to them. While greed is often the main reason I feel lack of knowledge, and certain circumstances like urgent need of money also lead people into getting scammed.

You are right . I am strongly agree that too much greed is not good in this industry because all you want is to earn more without considering if the offer is possible or realistic. You need to be knowledgable about crypto and crypto activity to avoid being scam. There are lot and increasing number of scam and fraud case and issues now and I think this are the two reason why it happened, being greed and lack of knowledge.

Well, the worst thing that you can do when starting up your involvement in crypto space is, entering without knowing anything. it's like going into a war without having any weapons with you., and its like digging up your own tomb. For you to be able to manage and survive, you need to be open with continuous learning and research everything regarding cryptocurrency, trading. mining. investing and such so you won't end up losing all your assets because you got scammed. It's also essential reading threads about scam experiences of others so you could learn from their mistakes.

Fairly said, I believe also that the best teacher one can also have is experience, when you tell folks about most of the risks involved in investing in cryptocurrencies, they wouldn't believe yet they will be able to understand if they face the music and dance to it's tune themselves

in other words everyone is greedy to some extent but when people look at the altcoin market and see a lot of pumps are taking place they become more confident that their assumptions for big profit is possible so they jump in to get involved faster and start making profit but of course the pumps can't last forever and these people always end up experiencing the other side of it meaning the dumps and end up losing money.
all of these are scams not because people lost money but because they were created to be pumped and dumped.

So that to say is why I blame most folks for not making their findings into what they invest in, more reason to call it lazy, you can't put your money 💵 into what you have little or no idea about, how on earth can you maximize profit, but once you understand the process, you are luckly to join the train and be in the pumps not dump

Indeed. Other people just decide immediately that they just follow other people decisions on where they invest their money, which is not a good way to make decisions because it is the reason why people easily get scammed without knowing and checking everything about the project or in a site.

I think people have became lazier. They want everything to happen over internet. People are used to home delivering food and clothes and they also want to deliver success.
People are looking for ways to double their money. They can't wait long to see their money rise. They'd rather lose it all then wait a long time for it to grow.
Many people involved in online scams do know they risk their money being involved. It's not a difficult task to realize there are no prince in Nigeria, yet we can't resist sending him a $100 so that he could send us a chest full of gold.

Hehehehehe a chest of gold got me rolling 🤣, it saddens me hpw multiple times different people frm different zones falls for this scams and yetit keeps repeating it self as if there is something else behind it, it really saddens my heart to see this things happening over and over again

Most of the time it is because people are desperate for money and so desperate they do not think properly and start believing delusional ideas of riches coming to you with ease. They see it working at the beginning like HYIP and think they have now found the road to financial freedom.

Sometimes people even lose their head and get all excited about this "amazing discovery" they have found. I truly do not understand how people fall for some of these scams.

then there are people who read too many review sites that discuss internet business fraud blindly and skip businesses that are actually legit if understood further.

it's all about experience, for the most part I'm sure I've experienced it, especially in crypto investments. The lack of question and answer intensity with the developer and comparing with similar businesses is also a special reason to become a victim of scams easily.

in connection with that because many people don't understand about the internet and maybe they think that investing with crypto can make you rich overnight, but the reality is not like that for someone who has no knowledge of crypto. rich schemes only apply to scamed who have expertise in this industry.
