With Bitcoin , gambling has become easier than ever in dice or similar websites
as the process feels so easy, so most tend to come back, just for another roll and another and lose everything over time

Yes, dice sites made so comfortable for users to play these games without any trouble that's why people like to play these games and more over no body can track so easily as well.

not sure everyone likes to play dice game, everyone has a favorite game each such Sportsbook, lottery, casino

I used to play dice because i thought i could make profit, stable profit from it, obviously i was wrong, you can't win in the long term, that was my only purpose of playing dice, other than that i do not find it fun or entertaining unless im winning money, i would not play dice if money was not involved, so my question is, why people still play? Im sure 90% of people know what your odds are and that strategies don't work, what is their purpose? Do you guys really have fun playing dice? Watching a number appear on the screen?

expect that the odds are against you when you play dice game

also i think people play dice more than casinos as there are no dice games in real life you can only play it in bitcoin world or at least i did not find any dice in real world yet

There must be / exist dice games in casinos, for sure.

Now I do not think even before bitcoin people from Pakistan/China/Venice or whatever left their country to gamble at Las Vegas that much , most of Las Vegas' income is Americans with some foreigners but online gambling changed that. Unfortunately many laws for online gambling so bitcoin is a great way to gamble.

There are legal casinos all around the world such as in Macau and Singapore. They may or may not be as big as those in Vegas, but you would be wrong to assume the Chinese or Asian need to travel to Vegas to gamble.

Maybe asia was a bad example but the main idea stands . There are A LOT of countries that doesn't have casinos and the ones that allow it only let people do it in certain areas like macau or las vegas (and atlantic city or whatever) so even americans can't gamble if they are in new york for example or Turkish people that lives in Istanbul which has about 20 million people living in it. Since this is a hassle , people go to online casinos which is easier. Some online casinos do not even allow people from certain countries which is why bitcoin is an alternative. So not everyone gambles because its fun , some people do it because they do not have anywhere else to gamble but bitcoin casinos.

I think it's mainly because you can basically gamble in a way that you can choose the odds so easily as opposed to
other games like slots for example.

Many dice sites also don't require a login, so it's a quick and easy way to gamble..

How will they win to a dice game if they will not bet. That is one of the reason why people still play dice. Smiley

I think OP is trying to ask why people play dice as opposed to other forms of gambling but your points still valid Cheesy

it is interesting that everybody does this at least once in their life knowing bitcoin.
I did it too, thinking that I can make profit from gambling on dice site but in the end I found out that it is not possible (at least for me) to make any profit this way so gave it up

I'm not going to quote it due to length but reading that chat log Dooglus is just amazing, the early times (2011-2013) of this business must have been incredible in terms of base bets. Interesting read, thanks!

It's pretty disjointed, because I only showed the lines by a few of the big characters in the scene. There was a lot of chatter from lots of other people, and so many of the lines are missing the context that makes them make sense. But I think it still gives you a sense of what was happening.

Reading it now, in a few places it looks like he's asking to withdraw but I'm ignoring him. That's not how I remember it at all. As you can see he was torn between quitting before he lost, not wanting to take too much from the non-nakowa investors, and being greedy for more. In the end either his sympathy for investors or his greed won out.

Either way, moments like those are something it must have been a joy for an owner to experience. At least looking back now, maybe not at that exact moment. History of bitcoin and casinos powered by it is just very interesting to me. I hope to share a bit of that as well, but perhaps the betting amounts like this are long gone in time. Ahh the days before Bitcoin became 'SRS bizness' Smiley

Dice is easy to play and most famous gambling method so it much hard to stop this for me, i mostly use this to play on daily basis.
well dice usually easy to play even without any method..

all method that used in dice will never win in the long run, so its good playing dice only for short time..of course for good profit too..

its like hit and run..thats is how i usually do..
