I am talking to quite a few people who are investing in crypto and notice that very few have a broader investment spectrum. People either focus on ICOs, some small caps, others play it safe and stick with the high caps or established projects.

I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat.

I also did the same. No doubt cryptocurrency investment is very risky but it is also very profitable compare to other businesses in the world. You can earn money without doing anything. Just buy and hold your coins for some time. If the price doesn’t increase don’t be panic and hold on till the price rise again and give you a profit of atleast 20%.

you did the right thing.taking risk in order to gain profit is our way in crypto trading.we could not earn profit without take any risk even in small amount.

For me, everyone invest in the crypto market because, this is the only investment that zero value of tax. Has a good profit during the grace period of trading coins. Can purchase using a digital payment with no extra charges.

I don't think that people invest only in crypto because if it was truth market capitalization would be like over 1 trillion or even more, crypto lack investors now...

Diversification is the key to risk spreading, I ensure I convert my profit from cryptocurrency to fiat and then to real estate a major sector with high demand in  my country, Thou during the bullish period ICOs tends to be more profitable than stock, forex or any other business base on my observation because of the conversion rate to dollar, cryptocurrency is the way to go, but ensure you are strategic by spreading your risk.

One of the reason why they keep on investing in crypto market is the tax because all crypto is tax free so that if you gain and make high profit you do not need to pay taxes. I agree that daily trading will really give profit but you need to be good trader in order to gain good profit. Investing in crypto market is the new and fast investment which can able to make good profit.

Diversification should be present in all types of investments, no matter cryptocurrency or stock market. And the best solution is to distribute the money between all the markets.

Bitcoins is taxless and that is one of the best feature of cryptocurrency but the best part of the market is that, you can always earn profit by trading daily.

But hold on, is the later really playing save? In my view, even with high caps you will still be massively exposed as you have all of your eggs in one basket. Namely in the same market. Different eggs in size and colour but all eggs. If the basket falls, your eggs still get crushed.

As mentioned before, I am trading stocks for over a decade and crypto since last year. I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat. Just look at the market now, the recent dip is not tight to any event, news or even fud. 25 billion just disappeared and people are wondering wht‘s going on.

Long story short, it‘s great you have a diversification plan but also think about moving assets from crypto to fiat, stocks or raw materials and precious metals.
