This is a difficult one, as I am not invested in bitcoin and heavily invested in real estate. Real Estate has some significant advantages. One, it is tangible. You can touch it, paint it, plant trees in it, this makes one less nervous on valuation volitility. Two, people will always need a place to live, Amazon, Google, Apple will not make an alternative to a roof over your head and a place to keep your stuff. Three, you can borrow most of the acquisition. Four, you can depreciate it and chew up some of the earnings. Four, you can cash out refi without cap gains or dilluting your ownership percentage. Five, you can make improvements and raise the rent to force cap appreciation. Six, you can live in it in a pinch.

Downside, and this is why it is a difficult case, you are tied to a local that can have economic trouble, natural disasters, or massive regulatory shifts that can blow you up. Bitcoin seems protected from that.

Some stocks holder already moves in bitcoin or crypto, due to the economic status of the country, crypto stocks deflects in value. But now crypto gives us opportunity since it is nationwide and attracts many investors. Due to the many choices and new ideas, real estate can be done also in crypto.

Bitcoin is a unique type of investment as the price has volatile in nature and people will speculates about it and as a result the price may rise higher. Although it's a high risk but given the knowledge and experience you can gain much profits in bitcoin than those conventional investments.

Bitcoin is a very comfortable and profitable more than stock and real- estate. Time to time the value of the bitcoin is increasing and sometimes decrease. When your analysis the history of the bitcoin value it reaches ten times. It means the movement of the cost is so faster than the stock and real estate. But in the bitcoin, the early investors have a chance to be millionaires.

Stocks has reach to a point wherein there is already a stability of the price so it has small movements compared to cryptocurrencies that's why trading it is more advantageous than trading stocks. Cryptocurrency only need small capital to start trading while in stocks you can start small but you will wait for years before you can see a small profit but when you trade cryptocurrencies, you can double your money in a week or a month if you are good in determining what coins has a potential. Due to the volatility, cryptocurrencies are better than stocks and in real estate too.

I believe it depends on what you mean by "better investment".

If it's only based on the amount of money you can make ... cryptos are probably better than the rest since is not rare to make 20%+ ROI on a (very) short period of time.
Another type of "better investment" could be on the very very long run, like family heritage for your kids & co, and in this case real estate is definitely something to check.

I think all markets are volatile, they may be in different platforms but they also share similar traits and conditions. Though
crypocurrency are more volatile and highly unpredictable. Stocks and real estate have a certain trend and process that they
circulate around. There's so much profit and money with them, I do believe they are more complex compared to crypto.
Cryptocurrency on the other hand is more accessible and convenient, you can start low and start from there. Stocks and
real-estate requires much money to earn more money. That's the only advantage I appreciate about cryptocurrency. In this
case it's purely a matter of personal preference and choice, all options mentioned are profit making ventures.

Probably because bitcoin can produce big profits so bitcoin gets better. Bitcoin is rapidly increasing as well as decreasing. I think investing in bitcoin is a risk when it decreases. But if for long-term investment seems better than others. I'm talking this does not mean stock or anything else.

I do not think it's better than stocks and real estate, because bitcoin has a greater risk than that. Bitcoin is also an unreal asset and exists only in virtual form.
People call bitcoin better probably because of rising prices and profits that can be bigger in a faster period of time in stock and real-estate appeals.

This is a crypto forum, so majority will speak in favor bitcoins only. But with real estate, you can do great if you are smart. I don't have enough knowledge about stock trading but I heard many opinions that cryptocurrency trading is more profitable than stock trading but there are many people says that cryptocurrency trading is more risky than stock trading.

Although I am also a person who does not know too much about stock trading but from the actual situation in my country, I can only comment that this is a job that requires the same conditions as trading cryptocurrency but it is complex and many factors more trouble, we will need a thorough analysis in the buying and selling process, this field is very deep and wide, trading crypto is not comparable. Profit is not easy while trading crypto is simpler, the oscillation is bigger and faster, that also means that the speed can make money is pushed up very quickly
