The rate of increase on Bitcoin's market value says it all. Bitcoin is having a high rate of increase on its price making it profitable especially as an investment. Most of real estate investments has a bit sable market value or some are having movements on the price but not as much as bitcoin.The profit is what makjng Bitcoin more special to other investments.
Just have a comparison taking an stock that has grown high, then a real estate property in a highly valued location together with bitcoin. Look at the growth at the starting of the year to the end year. None could have reached such a growth, and this is the one that makes bitcoin to be the best.
Bitcoin has very big risks! If you buy a home it will remain with you. Risks in real estate and shares are much less than profitsBitcoin showed very high rates of price growth. Therefore, as an investment tool, it was better than stocks and real estate.

Agree, its a plus value for cryptocurrencies because of its volatility. the volatility makes it easier to make a profit for the people who can make an advantage over the volatility. and also I believe its more friendlier to the day-traders because of the volatility. And one more thing I like is in crypcurennies you can start with small amount of money to start with and not too much affected by fees. For those people who are not conservative with their money and are not willing to take risk might choose real estate, as we cannot really force people what industry to choose when it comes to investment no matter how we encourage them, but for those who are risk taker the best option would be cryptocurrency.realestate is the best investment that a person may have , because it is something that you can buy for now and use in the future like you can offer it to someones business , but i think in the long run bitcoin is good investment that may multiply your investment within a year .

For the answer here is because they are centralized all, stock markets and real estate are centralized bitcoin is different in all of them because it is decentralized and all of the people are using it i mean only people have a power to dictate its price not based on 1 person or 1 group.

Bitcoin is better than stocks because you can trade it 24/7 and you can earn big profit when you are a good trader but if you are not then you can also be an investor the longer you hold bitcoin the higher the profit you will get.
The fact that it can not be denied, bitcoin is able to double profits more than just real estate stocks. That's what investors think. and it also makes bitcoin better than real estate stocks.but as a peer to peer electronic cash system , pretty ironic but time has changed i won't blame anybody.
it used to be possible to make money on real estate growth, but now it's too long
for me the answer is simple that bitcoin is more better than stocks or real estate because the percentages to growing the value is more high that other investment and as far as i know that investing at real estate only can grow less than 10% from total amount of investment per year but bitcoin can give high percentages than investing at real estate if we hold it for one year or more
Bitcoin is not better or worse. It's just different. The price can rise sharply and then fall. The bitcoin market is much more risky than the stock market or real estate, but it gives you more profits in less time.
In the traditional investment systems there are areas like stock exchange, real estates, commodity market, forex market. Then there are hedge funds, mutual funds, equity, debentures. Next in line are precious metals like Gold, silver, diamond. Years after year and decades after decades when mainstream economics was convincing people that how one of above is better than other as it is giving returns in the range of 8% to 9% at max 10-13% a new revolution named bitcoin is rising and spreading across the world. Bitcoin has defied all conventional knowledge about return on interest. Surviving each negative publicity and doubts, incidents like mt. gox and still growing better than ever.

Aside from you can start investing with small amount of bitcoin, as it's price is unpredictable you can get much higher profit in bitcoin rather than real state and stocks because the price exchange in paper money always remain in a particular price unlike in bitcoin if the price exchange is increasing there is a higher chance that your investment/profit will double up. Bitcoin is far more better than real estate Investments. When you invest in Bitcoin, you get a very high return because Bitcoin growth is very rapid. But in real estate, it takes longer time t get a tangible profit. And Real estates requires maintenance in order for the value to be appreciating. But Bitcoin can't replace Real estate.
True, bitcoin can't replace real estate. Thru bitcoin I can get a higher profit unlike with real estate I get a small profit.
You are correct, real estate will be needing some maintenance unlike with bitcoin you will not be needing any but your talent and a small capital to start with trading.
Btc is better in a sense that even though it's risky we all know that it will make us gain high profit. Investment on real estate and stocks are bit risky too but unlike btc, the chance of winning is like 99% of all the time, if you know how to deal with it. To be honest, investing on stocks is like investing on btc too. However, you need large amount of capital to invest on stocks. And the fact that real estates do not depreciate is good too. You can invest on either of the three but why settle for one if you can have and invest on all.
We couldn't say that bitcoin is better, I mean it was really better compared to those two when it comes to the possibility to earn higher profit in a short span of time but there's also some disadvantage so we couldn't really say that it was better among those two. I'd rather say that theyare equally worth to try.
If we compare with profit, of course there is no doubt that bitcoin is the best investment this century, the price increase to above 1000% becomes the reason for not having to doubt the bitcoin better than the stocks or real estate.
Bitcoin price is always flactuating,but we can called bitcoin as an asset like stocks and real state.Our profit in btc is so fast to earn but bitcoin is risky than stocks and real state although the profit we can get that is too slow atleast we are sure for that.Bitcoin price is volatile we are not sure if the profit we expected is coming.I think real state and stock are best way to invest but It could be better than bitcoin if you can afford to loose in any investments.

In its purest form bitcoin is a currency. However in todays world bitcoin is developed into the commodity or investment tool. So When it comes to investment in best asset for best results we could compare the bitcoin with other assets like real-estate, stock market, metals. There will be slowndown in growth and acceptance of bitcoin as well. However we do not know when. Till then get rich till you can.
To put it simply, we can't consider bitcoin as an asset because it's very tangible. We see bitcoin today as in demand because it has a very limited supply. In the future, we cannot say if it will remain the same. Unlike stocks and real estate which grows continuously the number of bitcoins remain the same.
Bitcoin today is in huge demand and in the next year im sure cryptos will be in as big of a demand (cant predict which one).
Saying its "better" i think will be valid for those who hold out from now for a couple of years. Then us who heavy invest will (imo) see a huge return.
