Another reason that's highly applicable with me is we trust something blindly. Putting all your money is a single project however legit it may seem is always a bad idea. Don't put more than 10% of your funds in a single altcoin.

I feel not many people do their due diligence and invest their time in proper research. As I've said a few times before, a good metric is to judge how real and serious the team behind it is. Watch out for fake team members! That's a big red flag and can tell you how authentic a project is.

The truth is that most people are greedy or perhaps they have a mindset that the cryptocurrency space is an avenue where one could make excess money without effort. When I read some scenarios of people getting scammed it feels like common sense is no longer common. How can you receive 1 bitcoin for watching ads. It's always impossible for one to receive substantial money for doing nothing.

I think greed is the biggest reason for being a scam. Not only new investors but also old and experienced investors often suffer due to greed. They lose their sense of well-being due to greed. Besides, a class gets involved in scandals without realizing it due to their ignorance and incompetence.

Everything is very simple .. people think that cheating is easier to make money than working honestly, but they do not understand that they are spending the same energy on cranking the scheme as they could spend on honest work .. I guess everybody takes risk since they cannot take the opportunity to learn about the project since not all of the users joining campaigns have different jobs. They might have joined the campaign since it had minimum requirements and promised to give big rewards. Its true that its really sad when campaigns turns its back to its promoters since without the promotion, some platforms might never get known. I guess what really breaks a persons morale is when everything looks like a scam. We would not expect great campaigns but all we can do is vouch for legitimate campaigns and tell people about it.

not reviewing, doing research, and not being selective in choosing projects, and greed for getting big profits in a short time, making people easily trapped in a scam. although it is very clear, currently there are still quite a number of people affected by such a scam. however, the key in this is, to be careful in selecting projects, and doing very deep research.

A lot of people are just starting with this trade and is still learning to navigate these parts but there are still people who take advantage of people who are just trying to earn a new living. But theres nothing we can do about number 4, after all this is the internet.

Yes, that's the common reason actually. People tend to do investing if it was suggested by the other people or someone they know without knowing anything about the project of making research. They keep on getting greedy just because a friend of theirs was told that by investing, they can get easy money.

That is very true one more thing we invested also the money we cannot afford to lose and this is very bad idea. Investing here in crypto business needs a keen and serious research before putting money to a project because there are many scam or what we call good offers project but bad in the results. I really hate to be scammed and all of us should avoid this but we cannot be a good investors or a traders if we did not experienced a feeling of being scammed or losing the money that we have, there's a saying " a lesson learned".

Yes, they think that they can easily make money in this market, and from there they participate in scam projects in this market. They need to raise their awareness of this market, in order to be profitable they need to choose good projects and wait a long time to be profitable.
