well, currently the price of bitcoin is at $28000 and has a great chance of reaching $60,000 in the next few months, that would be a 2x profit for all the people who buy now, but it would also be a 3x profit for all the people who bought when the price was 20,000$ and the advantage of buying bitcoin and that they would not be taking high risks such as the owner of the coin appearing and saying something silly and the price dropping a lot. but if people buy a lot of altcoins that have been on the market for years and have good reputation then they can make 3x to 4x profits. I will give an example with litecoin, if people buy litecoin today for 80$ then the price of litecoin when it reaches 240$ people will have 3x profit, but they run the high risk of leaving with high losses in case the litecoin creator speaks something bad about litecoin and the altcoin price can drop a lot and generate high losses for investors


ETH is a very good altcoin, but ETH's ATH is at 4800$ and its current price is at 1800$. so that 3x profit, I'm talking to people who bought at 1800$. the bnb is also in the same situation as the ETH in which its ATH was 690$, if you bought it at 330$ ( current bnb price ) then you will have a maximum profit of 2x in case the bnb reaches its old ath


As I said before, investing in bitcoin is safer, although bitcoin does not give a greater profit than altcoins, bitcoin gives a high but safe profit, the person can invest more safely in bitcoin, I have no doubts about that. but altcoins are dangerous, altcoins have a very competitive market, every day there are new projects with better technologies which means that altcoins have to constantly innovate to compete in the market, and with that nothing guarantees a price increase, for example until about 3 years ago many altcoins had ATH that not even in a few years will reach that same ath again

Do your own research on new altcoins getting listed on Binance in this bear market, it was this same way that Polygon Matic came into the world, others like Axie infinity, Band protocol, Celer Network and Cartesi, new projects like Hooked Protocol and Safepal are still attractive and could being good returns soon. Altcoins is where the real money can be made.

I don't have enough capital to invest in bitcoin, so I invest in alcoin, one of my favorite alcoins is the ethereum coin and the bnb coin, these two coins I still hold, I plan that after I release alcoin, I will switch to investing in bitcoin.

Lol altcoins investment is not like Future trading or gambling. Altcoins rise and fall more quickly than Bitcoin, so investing here is higher risk than Bitcoin, but it can never be compared to futures trading. You have a bit of a misconception about this. To get high profit you must take risk.  And if it's about getting a faster profit then naturally there will be a more higher risk. Futures trading is like gambling so you can never compare it with altcoin investment or any other investment.

High profit return by investing in altcoin is the reason why many people still priority investment in altcoin than bitcoin, another important side many people still beloved with altcoin depend on their fund for investing. I don't think worth when investment fund above $300 and invest it in Bitcoin, getting up few percent we can't earn high profit but in altcoin within 5% price have been up we can earn more than 15$ in short time.

I have position with fund under $1000 in trading and until right now not interested yet for investing in Bitcoin, I know with potential from Bitcoin but small capital seems not enough to earn huge profit from bitcoin investment but difference when investing in altcoin.

haha. Don't you guys find the altcoin risk exciting? It is like Future trading. The profits that altcoins bring are indisputable. If you are not confident with any altcoin, choose altcoins with moderate capitalization on Binance, Kucoin or Gatecoin. Admittedly, they have now accumulated enough and are ready to increase in price.

Many people prefer to invest in altcoins for this reason as well

High profits in a short time are indeed the main attraction for altcoins. But that is in line with the risks, especially if the altcoin is a new altcoin, of course the risk will be bigger than the altcoin that has lasted a long time. As far as I understand people mostly like to invest in alt coins to get extra profit in short period of time. Because alert coins that go to good positions pump more coins and if one invests, one gets a lot of profit in a short period of time. Which is why most people invest in Alt Coin but I think investing in Alt Coin is too risky. Because it is not right to invest in Alt Coin for a long period of time, many Alt Coins become scams. Because there is a lot of risk to own money that's why I prefer to invest in Bitcoin over Alt Coin.

There are lot of scaling and developing technologies on alts. As bitcoin is the first one expansion is limited to predicated level. I think so that many of us focusing on alts secondary.

It is very true that altcoins provide us with high returns in a short period of time due to which most of the investors are ready to take high risks for high profits and because of this investors are very much interested in altcoins. Bitcoin is a potential for investment but long time investment is required to get profit from here but Altcoin gives us high returns at any time.  However, despite the high risk here, the lure of high profits attracts everyone to invest in altcoins too much.

Altcoins offer higher returns. That's what led us to altcoins. Altcoins offer very high returns, tens of times what they invest. Also, longtime holders are interested in interesting technology and the losses they incur, so they will hold altcoins for the long term.

because investing in altcoins is an opportunity to increase the number of other altcoins at a cheaper price. besides that with low capital we can invest in Altcoins and if you get a profit the return is also faster I think. I think this is the reason why there is interest in investing in Altcoins

although investing in bitcoin is indeed safer. but we can't close our eyes that investing in altcoins is indeed quite tempting because it has a much higher potential for increase. but of course with a high risk too. that's why I also keep buying some altcoins with my cold cash. and of course the biggest investment remains in bitcoin. it's just that I think having some altcoins is also worth doing because when bitcoin has a high increase then some altcoins will also follow with a much higher increase. the reason everyone keeps buying altcoins is because not all altcoins are bad. and many of them do have good potential. as long as we analyze properly before deciding to enter.

The obvious answer is because of its high-risk high reward, the altcoin market is obviously so risky compared to bitcoin you don't really want to invest in a riskier cryptocurrency in my opinion but the thing is it just gives a higher return since it has a low market price so getting a big pump on that token could easily give you up 1000% or even more profit.

Just like what happened to dodge coin, the market price was just so low so a lot of people easily get 1000% of their investment, yes compared to bitcoin which already has a very high market price it would need to reach a certain price to even get 100% up on your portfolio, Yes were already last to invest on it since it already skyrockets years ago meaning where the one that whose carrying the risk. Altcoin can easily reach that in just a short amount of time then you could easily sell for an easy profit.
