People specially those who are already in a long time within the bitcoin industry tend to keep on holding into their bitcoins because they have already undergone various dumps regarding the bitcoin price that test how tough they are in holding no matter what happen in the cryptocurrency. An observable reason is that people are seeing that bitcoin has the potential to grow and is good for holding so they tend to keep on holding into it.

Before bitcoin conversion is just low, imagine if you hold a lots of bitcoin you are now rich. Just like today bitcoin is still getting higher so just hold your bitcoin save it for the future.

I think many people hold the bitcoins because bitcoin's price will be more expensive in the future, bitcoins be considered as new digital gold and digital asset, bitcoins can protect their whealty from inflation
so they hold bitcoins for long time.

Bitcoin is one of the best investment i've ever seen before. Because of it's price, you will be convinced to invest more. But People hold their Bitcoin because they have their faith that Bitcoin will increase and increase. In their faith, they believe that Bitcoin have the possibilities that the price will increase amd decrease but there's a big possibilities that it will increase and increase, so they are holding there bitcoins to have some profits without taking risk in some investment sites that are risky.
Right, it's a risky asset but it provides profit for its investors at least. The pattern of its price is very positive and the rise may continue next years too. This is the fact for me to hold it.
The most likely reason why people hold bitcoin is because they believe bitcoin is the most valuable asset whose value has a remarkable improvement.

Because they are using bitcoin as their investment. It is a risk that it the may fluctuate but recently if massively increased and that makes holding bitcoin a success.
I stick to my BTC because I jumped into this market when it was still like 4 days ago ... I have to love value burglaries ... I look forward to selling as soon as the money is there or Ambrosus can invest in something during the ICO in September as a cause, I think, guarantees my (meager) investments.

people hold bitcoin because BTC is the most tried and tested cryptocurrency as of now and maybe because bitcoin is always the crypto that receives media attention.For that reason more and more people accept BTC and holding it for better profit 🙂
