Yeah not everyone buys bitcoins just to invest for a long long time and HODL their coins. Some people buy it for day to day transactions too and HODLing for long is useless to those people

I am sure theres always a big reason why they decided to sell thier btc rather than keeping it.
Maybe because their really need a money, example this past year we celebrate christmas, if we really dont have a money for that celebration we need to sell our btc in order to have money or sometimes when the price of btc get higher they think that it is the best time to sell thier btc, without thinking that its has also a possible to increase again in much bigger price.
Different person, have different reason why they do things like that.

There are a lot of factors to consider why people think they need to sell the bitcoin they have. Some people consider bitcoin as a source of a passive income, whenever there's an emergency and they need money, they sell the bitcoin they have. It is also one of their strategy in creating a profit, if they think it's already enough profit they have, they would withdraw it so that they can use it in some other investments or to provide for their daily needs.

Because people need it for their personal expenses. They can't store it forever because you can't use the value of bitcoin if you don't sell it and change it into a fiat money.

Most people sell their bitcoin depends on their needs and convert to fiat to used it in accordance of their needs and also due to panic selling most especially when corrections happen holders get afraid that bitcoin might dump and lose its value and i can say that its impossible to happen because bitcoin has just started to soar high and become very important to some businesse that adopts bitcoin being here in this business takes a lot of courage to take the risk involved and accept that bitcouns value is a roller coaster ride,when price fluctuates theres always correction that follows.Most investors would take advantage to buy more bitcoins and hold it in a span of time.

People tend to sell bitcoins maybe they need money for other expenses, or else they find good income from it, better dump bitcoins then start to buy other altcoins and wait the chance to surge up then dump, its a cyclic pattern as long you earn good profit from it, then that's better:)

As far as I concerned people sell bitcoin when they see that the value and price of bitcoin is either increasing or decreasing and some other reason for selling it when people need money in any circumstance so they sell bitcoin because they don't have any door to have money.

they sell bitcoin to make a profit and then if the bitcoin price falls again then they will buy another bitcoin to hold it until bitcoin prices rise to a better guess and they sell it again, that's the turnaround they do. and they will look for bitcoins to collect until they see bitcoin prices so high that they will sell them for greater profit.

People expect that bitcoin will fall, so they sell their coins, although after reaching the dump they will all be redeemed, since this basic bitcoin now takes several days to get a quicker profit. many people do the same

they sold it maybe they were afraid that the government banned bitcoin in his country which would probably have its website closed so they could not get bitcoin and useless for the time they spent missing it

Buy at low price, sell at high price to get profit. That's the normal reason people sell the bitcoin they have. Of course it's all done when there is a moment, and a great opportunity to buy more bitcoin.

people are selling bitcoins because they already benefit when buying bitcoins at very cheap prices and currently selling bitcoins await the cheap price again to buy.

In my place there are lots of people liked bitcoin because it has a very big equivalent amount of money if you want to sell it.this is the easiest way to earn much money in our generation for today.Bitcoin for now is a very popular crypto currency in whole world and it helps a lot of people liked under graduate and jobless people.

Most of people who sell bitcoins are the ones who panics easily when bitcoin drops and once it drops again people will sell they just keep on panicking , others are those who already earned profit from their investment platform to convert their bitcoin into their paper currency they might probably need cash for emergency use or they will keep it on their banks for their safety . Others are selling bitcoin because they need to pay for their bills or their wives needed cash for their grocery or any other things that is needed on their houses . Selling bitcoins maybe one of the reason , they might quit crypto tradings or platform because they never earn in their platforms so they are just selling it and just spend it on a business . Crypto world is risky so before they enter they must know the risk so they wont regret and end up selling their left bitcoins
