probably because they want to make a popularity on their tokens that they launch themselves either on ico or something else. so that the results they will get is greater than never imagined. I do not think it requires a big capital if we make it ourselves.
People just want to earn money and think they will succeed by copying another work.
Recently, the crypto market has become increasingly popular. Many see the prospect of making money thanks to this popularity, so they release their own tokens.
I think it is not strange if there are hundreds of coins coming in at the same time. Many want to create their coin just for fun fooling newbies. And there other reasons they really want to work on their project and also help people.
Because just like in business, they want to get rich and also get recognized with their ideas and harwork. But most of these people are really after the money and either they scam you or abandon and leave the project in the safest way possible to evade cases.

All those ICO people are create this days is because of there greedy ,they care about the future of the ico, they only care about the profit
they do not make coins, but they try to make their own money
