I agree with one of the comments all due to lack of knowledge of the industry . this happens.
there is already too much participation, and most of these contributions are also fake, so unfortunately, it is possible
Sometimes I get confused, I want to know why the people fill in for a particular bounties campaign and they don't participate.
Example : A facebook campaign spreed sheet list is up to 1200, but you notice not up to 500 active participant.
Does it mean that this other inactive 700 still gets a reward?

Perhaps they just did not fully understand how to participate in it, and therefore they are not considered!

certainly will not get the reward from the token ico. but depending on the team manager, if the manager is more sensitive then he will give sanction for those who violate the rules.
For me I think,why many inactive participants in bounty campaign it is because of their rank specially junior member.The big gap of a stakes that rewarded and the value of token too.
This is because some different reason, there are many inactive bounty participant because they was earned very small reward and they waiting long for that token tradeable on the exchange, so they thinking just waste too many times to join bounty program. From my experienced in article campaign i have earned bounty token equivalent $5 to $10 and i can not sell it on the exchanges because the amount is too small. Other reason is duration of the campaign now too long up to 4 to 6 month. Reward of bounty campaign now not so high like last year, so we have to spend more times and join more bounty campaign if want to make good money.

I was trying to join the facebook and twitter bounty campaign also but when I found out that facebook might consider my account violating their rules, I turned the bounty down. Risking accounts are not worth doing. And also I'm pissed that the participants had to report on the forum about the number of post and links in the bounty thread. That is going to keep me busy finding my links which the bounty manager should be doing.
I think it is due to the fact that bounty hunters get vreedy and try to join each and every campaign and when you are participating in dozens of them you cannot even recall all of them so it is highly suggested to only participate in limited campaigns so you can work with focus.
These participants are not rewarded, and if they don't follow the rules, they don't get anything.
I think most of the participants chose to give up the project or have no time to participate.

I also feel it. when a bounty project adds to its campaign period it will get bored. even more so if you see the absence of interested investors, it would be unthinkable a failed project. it's better not to continue the campaign 1.rulles usual heavy to do

because they just want to have an account, there is also a lazy because it has never done a job a scam, there is also no time to do it, most of them they do not know or confused to exchange from coins to real money. the exchange of coins into real money takes a lot of ways, which new people or beginners to do it have trouble so they stop there.
In my opinion, maybe they realize the project which them follow doesn't have good potential to be a legit project or the project extends for a long time. So they don't have motivation again to follow the project

Nope, they don't get any rewards. If you active in this campaign, the bounty manager will give you "stake". If you don't do anything, you get "zero stakes". The bounty manager will rely on the number of your stakes to award the reward corresponding to your efforts. So you don't have to worry about "injustice" in the bounty campaign.

Sometimes people join Bounty campaigns, perform tasks for several weeks and they just get bored. It happens that people fill in the form and think that for this they will count a few rates. We can see that in almost of the bounty thread posted on this forum, they have some individual treason not to go on with the campaign, maybe the lack of time to post, they are busy with other things, this beyond our control, that why, we can see that moderator are very active for such an activity, the other consideration is the rewards token for such a campaign....
Majority of those who are inactive on the list are probably have joined so many bounties but could not fulfill their duties especially when it comes to weekly reporting. or they probably lost their interest of the project because of the prolonged campaign.
The bouty is actually quite tiring compared to doing airdrop. Because it takes a lot of time, every day has to do again. Sometimes very depressed. Moreover, Bouty requires patience and hard work.
