because maybe they saw data from price movements in the previous year, when last year the price of cryptocurrency at the end of the year had data on price increases at the end of the year so that many traders believed that the cryptocurrency price would rise again this year.

it was a self fufilling thing, once it started it couldn't stop. It's why everybody dived in headfirst and FOMO'd harder than probably ever before. I got caught up in the hype and averaged up (dumbest move of my life). Now i'm just going to invest in preico alt coins with big traditional support from the people like softbank, so when the market pops again or doesn't, blockchain just gets accepted by the mainstream, the ICO will pop and actually do well as a business

Yes, I must say that there are too many bad news coming from around the world. But we must also point out that there are good ones like the bakkt and Nasdaq. Its just a matter of perspective, but I still believe that bull run will still comes in 2018 no matter what happen.

Yes, i think for this year (2018) is already over with a conclusion that this is a bear year for cryptocurrency. We already near the end of 2018 and in this period people usually cash out because of holiday.

I think because they just believe in crypto and they are so positive in life that's why many people still believe that market will be move up and give us good profit this year. And I think there's nothing wrong if we believe.

I personally don't think so, but people need to believe in something. On the contrary, I believe that 2019 will be the year when the coins will lie on the bottom and we will see only rare moments of good growth coins.

2017 year passed very efficient for cryptocurrency.Each coin increased by at least 5 times.That's why everyone was more hopeful in 2018.People just waited for the market to rise.But not so.Crypto always experienced a decline in 2018.We are still waiting for it to rise.

in my opinion 2018 is the year in which the price of all coins has decreased so that says that 2018 is a pump that is wrong, hopefully in the next year the price of coin pump will be as real as we all expect.

Believe or regret, if you follow those guys selling most of their cryptos and bragging that bull run won't come this year, you will missing the next bullrun you are waiting for because you already sell, stay calm and hold

it's natural they think instant, nothing is easy.
if bitcoin is a bubble, you won't see the current price of bitcoin. thankful that bitcoin and altcoin still have prices and everyone enjoys it.
