maybe there are many causes why some ico failed, first is their project has no meaning at all. and some of them is just raising their funds then after they got the money they run away. Its not new nowadays people are keep scamming people.. and some of the project are not quietly doing marketing and some of them are not reaching their target in funds. Thats why we need to be careful in joining in ICO, we need to be resourceful.

That's some also a reason they cannot reach the target that it want, But some of ICO also always continue to going reach the ICO even if the bounty was done. Unfortunately it must better also to doing on while to stop of their ICO's.

The team of a project is a solid and necessary foundation to sustain all the work of a project. if they can not afford or lack experience on the world of crypto, I do not think they will last long and eventually lead to the ICO project failing.

in my opinion, the major factor why most ico fail is the drop in the value of bitcoin. Actually, this bitcoin is the precedent why most alts struggle to keep up. From what I can see, bitcoin is dominating the market and it is dictating the moment for some alts. These alts are used by investors to invest in a project. By a continuing dip, the project experiences major loss even before launch, and also finding them hard to persuade investors.

That's the point lack of marketing to improve their projects. Also, mostly they just wanted to collect money from investors and just to scam who invest in their project. Did not meet even the softcap during the Ico's so a lot of reasons actually that ico failed.

Firstly, a lot of ICOs are scams and created to take investors money only. Secondly, other projects have weak team or too hard project realization. So you need to learn any ICO before money investment

The lack of real world usage and the lack of commitment and innovation from the developers usually leads to these failures, they are just interested to collect the money and it is difficult to even know what they did with the money collected, unless there is a body to monitor these things we will have many failed projects.

The point is there are many causes of ICO failed, mainly unbalanced sales targets with products offered, plus marketing strategies that are not on target. It could also be due to poor communication between developers and prospective customers that make potential customers are reluctant to "deposit" funds to developers. And there are many other factors.

They are just failed due to inconsistency of its roadmap and lack of marketing strategies. It happens also that some projects won't contribute something into the community that will help for its development and most specifically, they are just scam project.

Most project do not make success because of lack in marketing strategy which make the project to jut scam and do not pay those investors. The development wont work well and no one give update to the contributors who help them to spread words about the project. Some do not what is their goal which make the roadmap inconsistent and make investors not to believe in the project anymore.

I would say if that's because they can not convince investors about the project, poor marketing,
a lack of interest in cryptocurrency and competition everywhere and one more fraud in it.

There are many reasons. The most direct reason is that it is not favored by everyone. I think there are too many ICOs now and there are scams everywhere.

In my opinion, some ico fail because there is a conflict of interest between the devs and the heads. In addition, the idea and competitiveness, the technology platform is not improved in terms of performance and value of use (as well as the loss of trust from investors and users), asynchronous development and marketing paths (lack of management experience).

Many ico fails because they just promise, but no deliverables. they just give high hopes at first but in the end, it's just hopes. people are now smarter compared last year. they now do research intensively before investing in icos.
