Few reason that's on my head:

Bad Timing
Project is already a copy cat
Poor PR and marketing
Whitepaper and roadmaps are not clear enough
Too good to be true project

Of course if the people behind are really just wanted to pull a scam, obviously it will failed when the first sign are noticed by investors and they have a right time defending it, specially in this forum.[/list][/list][/list]

There are many reasons why the ICO failed. The launch of the ICO project is not revolutionary and has a clear purpose, potentially leading to the inability to attract a large amount of capital through Token sale rounds, leading to an ICO project not achieving a soft cap as well as the hard cap, affect a lot of investors. ICO selection should be careful to find potential ICOs.

Actually some ICOs failed due to there Non unite and less efficient team, when the marketing strategy is low, there's no possible way to raise the required cap, hence they'll rather stop the project and refund.

There are a lot of factors that contributes to an ICOs success or failure. One of the reason might be the project itself whether its an original concept or not. Original or unique project usually become successful. The people behind the project is also one of the major factor. When they are experienced and knowledgable, the ICO might be successful.

not some but, a lot of ICO failed in this year,,
because there is too many ICO coming in the bear season,
so, investors don't have any convidence to make any contributions because of the bear markets situations

from some failed projects that I see, there are several factors that make the project a failure:
1. Inexperienced Management Team
2. Project prospects are less clear
3. Less project appeal
4. Bad roadmaps and whitepapers
5. Less promotion team performance, or minimal idea to create a promotional program.

I think that's the cause, maybe someone wants to correct or add from my opinion this.

some ico fails because their platform is common, or maybe it is already launched and the latest is just a copy cat. their goal is not enough for the investors interest. and also, because of lots and lots of ico, the investors divided their capital to invest on any their desired ico, that's why some of ico's failed to gather more investors.

Icos failed because:

They lack research
They dont have a viable project
They have poor marketing. They dont hire the people who can tell the world about their project.
They don't attract people. Maybe their project is just not as enticing as the other ones. People don't want to invest into something worthless.
They lack preparation before launching their ico.

Because their tokens do not interest to buy them. When token is not much that interest and sales do not reach the sales target then the ICO will certainly fail.

They haven't had a proper roadmap, the team is not competence to run the ico, but the main problem should be on the incompetence of the team. The team has been running by those were lack of knowledge about the crypto currency. I meant they are all amatur that only interesting to grab the money.

Some ICO are doomed to start from the start because investors are wiser now, now they know the kind of ICO that are worth investing and some ICO failed because of the funding they failed to even reach the softcap and cannot implement their roadmap because of the lack of funds and support from the community.

Now it is true that investors now have much more education and good knowledge about crypto. Even one of them is currently most investors have a group or community that discuss about ico investment. So they will think together and analyze whether a project will work or not. It is underlying that currently many projects are not able to achieve the appropriate roadmap, they are short of investors because at this time is just a very promising project that the investors choose.

ICO failed because sometimes the marketing strategy is weak they didn't push well and maybe the product are not alluring to the customer.And also luck of investors to invest because they need more capital to succeed.

Good ICOs is always successful. If you see ICO fail there are many reasons behind it. First is they just dont care about their project, they just want your money. Some ICOs didn't even reach their softcap. Some lack of proper marketing.

Because in most cases the goals that they set themselves are not realistic to achieve. Creators wants only your money because most projects are usually cheating and are scam
