now I really regret not selling my bitcoin, and now the price dropped to $237 before $256
im big loss  Angry

sorry, didn't know you were a part of the btc community for quick little gains, I don't care about the price because I am well determined how the future of bitcoin is going to be, there will be no reason to worry about the price because nobody will be cashing out then, people will adapt it for what it is. If you invested to sell later, don't worry, price will be multiplying in couple months Smiley
hahaha yeah, I hope the price bitcoin will go up along with the death of bitcoin xt :3

how many bitcoin you have 100 ? 1000 ? 10.000 Huh
you only lose 19$ you can get instanly 2week with your signature campaign

keep calm and hold your bitcoin
why I am very sad, because before I buy BTC2, before the next day the price down,
You know it feels to lose $38 in 1 day :p

yeah i can recover that from sign camp,

Bitcoin has the potential for development.
Gold is often losing ground when bitcoin remains in a stable position. Smiley

I have done much better for myself with buying a certain amount around the same time every month.

exactly. I'm doing the same - so melting ~10% of my monthly salary directly to bitcoin regardless current price or situation around..

selling bitcoin is imho not an option these days and without some critical reason (like injury) or exceptional financial need, I'm not planning to do it at all.

the prices are always temporary / changing dont worry if you regret selling your bitcoins
just be patient and wait for the right moment to sell them you know Smiley

In my experience people who have tried to time the market have not fared very well. I have done much better for myself with buying a certain amount around the same time every month. I think that this logic applies to selling as well, I wouldn't know about selling though...  Wink

what does it mean term "big loss" in your small world. at 100BTC it is "loss" of 1900USD which is literally nothing and honestly, I really don't expect, that you have more than 100BTC...

so hold your mouth and bitcoin now, it is the best advice ever.

If price reaches a good height I will sell some and take profit then hope that the rest will increase later.

Good investors always sell when investments reached certain profit. No need to wait for forever thinking prices will still go up.

i think about 90% of the people on this thread would do the same.

cause like why not right? but eventually its going to boil down to the hurry up and holding game to even get to that point.

I seen bitcoin from $100 to now $200ish and this was 2012-13ish... so I can only assume itll have a gradual increase to one day we can do that.

Title is a little exaggerated in my opinion. In reality we all waiting for bitcoin to reach some ridiculous high price and the exchange it for something 'real'.
Don't kid yourself boys and girls, you don't want to take your coins to grave or give it to your grandchildren. So I would say rather "Never say never" in this case.

I think it is wise to hold some bitcoin in your portfolio but not necessary to keep it all because there are too many manipulators now in the markets..so just keep in Bitcoin what you can afford to keep as a high risk investment.

yeah man, bitcoin is adopted and known to new people only because trade keeps taking place and word of mouth is stronger than anything else, people might often discuss the awesomeness of this currency Wink Just kidding, I believe in saving what must be saved but I like the idea of investing in things which peak my attention and multiplying what I have. So far, so good Smiley

market manipulation isn't always a bad thing. it allows us to buy in at low levels if they push the price down, and it allows us to sell at high levels if they want it to go up. you just need to know when to get in and use their manipulation in your advantage.

In future, you can mortgage it and get a fiat loan to spend

I think to take more advantages one should sell when they have a decent profits and no need to wait for long time because future of bitcoin is not very clear.
New technology generally takes a long time to adapt. Consider the transition from VHS to DVDs. At first no one wanted to buy a DVD player or even seen it's value. While the future of bitcoin is not fully clear, I am sure it is hear to stay. It's technological potential is profound.

Your correct for that no need to keep the bitcoins forever thinking it will go up always. Clever people will sell when they think they have made a decent profit from their investments.

In investing, never say never. Only fools do that.
yes if you argue with market in investment then market will crush you and wou will also become a bag holder.
just go with the flow.
If i have to take decision then i will also sell my bitcoins after rising of prices and keep half of them and rest will be sold by me.
