Why not? We will see huge pump when new users will come to crypto. We must have huge mass media adversiting for this. May be after Bakkt launch (which planned for end of July) we will see a lot of new people in crypto...

New users are the momentum changers around this market, if there's a lots of new users and new investment to flow inside it will bring big impacts even whales played if there's new money that flowing they will follow that to make it even higher, your call and position right now is very important as we see, the first quarter brings big rise for bitcoin, anticipate that alts will follow the same.

even bitcoin price are increased unfortunatelly this is not the time for altcoin rising their price.
we must wait for little time before altcoin really rising the price significant maybe this condition can be in 2020

We can't conclude this year as a good year for bitcoin since we are just in the start of the 2nd half, lots of good price movement happened in the first half but we still the remaining half to finish the year, if the bullish momentum will continue, I think altcoins might grow in general.

I am of the opinion that 2019 is the rise of crypto currencies, although it cannot be as bright as 2017 but it is a good step that will become the foundation for the next year so that prices rise significantly.

altcoin still in low price area, as you know from few month/year ago altcoin price going down so deep, and even the price increase for now altcoin still in low price area then.

Good price? It doesn't seem as good as you say, even I feel it is very bad because the value of altcoin in the previous days could only be reduced and dropped sharply when the price of bitcoin pushed them into this situation, the rebound you see is only a temporary number when bitcoin is adjusting, it has disappeared very quickly and now the price of altcoin is still falling. The year of bitcoin is probably the more accurate thing, altcoin has yet to return, many investors have lost most of the money they have in altcoin's hands.

You can monitor high currency values or lower currency values. Try to compare the comparison USD. So far, I see a good trend only in relation to Bitcoin and ethereum, and perhaps with some exceptions other coins, such as BNB. Of course, today is still only the sixth month of 2019, and by the end of this year there is still enough time for some kind of positive trend to emerge for other altcoin.
