If you look at the current conditions there will certainly be opportunities in 2019 to be a good year for altcoin and Bitcoin. Maybe this will continue until 2020. Very many altcoins are increasing little by little that can be seen from ethereum one of them.
Yes it is ! BTC start rising and other side Libra's been introduce and 2019-20 will be the best year for crypto !

Are you referring to the top 10 altcoins? Obviously, they have a sustainable market and could be trusted. They exist for many years and even crisis give a huge effect on the market but still, they face it and even win. Not really sure that this year is a year for altcoins cause we saw altcoins never have a positive response even bitcoin price keeps on moving. Anyway, we are in the middle of the year, let see how this trend change in the 4th quarter.

from the price movement we can find out that the altcoin price increase depends on the price movement of bitcoin, when the price of bitcoin rises to be expensive then the altcoin price will also be very expensive because the altcoin will definitely be pumped.

If you are carefully watching the market, this would not come out from you, that is not happening actually, it's not most altcoins, only few altcoins as you are referring here to the total of altcoins which are very big but only few are legit.

I believe you are referring on the bounty reward here, guess we should focus more on the its overall future and use case, not only about bounty.

so far, only the price of bitcoin has grown, and I still doubt that this is the year for altcoins. but, there is a possibility that the altcoin price will pump at the end. this is possible because ETH prices are still very stable. I feel that when ETH prices start to rise, many of the altcoins will pump, and this can be said as a year for altcoin.

indeed. So far, we have seen a strong growth of the crypto market. Bitcoin once again steps on the ladder and altcoin is promising for the upcoming boom. ETH, LTC, ADA are the coins I believe in the strong growth in value in the period of Q3 and Q4 of this year. So, I dipped early and waited.Altcoins are late bloomer as always, they'll probably have their time in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year as I believe this year would not end that we will not witness altcoins having their own bull run. Maybe I'm just too optimistic but I'm basing on the old trend and I'm seeing that possibility this year.

why not just buy bitcoin instead of altcoin? I see growth occurring only in bitcoin, not many altcoins have increased. to now invest in bitcoin might be more profitable because it moves faster than altcoin. This year is clearly better than 2018 because that is the bearest market I have ever meet and as we can see that crypto market are now climbing and going steady, so I believe that this year is another start for the rise of altcoins.Nice to hear good words from you mate, I can see your convictions towards altcoins positive vibes this year. If you believed that this year will be for altcoins, I guess there's possible increase of all promising coins and hopefully it could attract bullrun after bitcoin suddenly spikes a profitable price. the effectiveness of some stable coins made the altcoin situation more crowded, although the price still follows the factor of bitcoin, but because the conversion is not dominated by Btc and Eth, speculators are more courageous with frequent trading targets.
