I think altcoin does not give us profit if bitcoin does not go uptrend because of every cryptocurrency following bitcoin trend, Currently, bitcoin shows strength so I hope every coin, token make some pump.
Altcoin depends on bitcoin and that's why we will not get any profit or pump when bitcoin gets its bearish trend. This is the relationship between bitcoin and altcoin. A coin will make its pump if there will be at least a huge update about the development.

There hopefully won't be many more years which are good for altcoins in general. The market needs to shed the thousands of shit coins and be focused on the handful of projects with true promise. There's no reason why shitcoins should be doing 10x or more like we saw throughout the last bull market.

Until now is not so good year for altcoins, i hope to see a goo year for altcoin starting next months, but who know, maybe they will not grow so much this year, until next year when bull run maybe will start.
indeed, there are currently a lot of cryptocurrency prices falling and many traders are depressed because they feel that their money is trapped in a cryptocurrent at a very expensive price, while a bull run may not occur before the price of bitcoin can recover.
I believe it should be good and positive year for the crypto market. Only time will tell how good it turns out to be.

ADA price needs to follow. Because in 2018 there was a great decline. Now we can say that the recovery phase. I think it will approach the price of 1 dollar in the future.
it could happen in 2019 to become the year of altcoin there are thousands of altcoins but only a few will survive and increase,and the most accomplished are of course who have popularity it could be ethereum or something else,but I feel the bnb is quite good.
If you say few out of the thousands of altcoins have the chances of surviving this year and bullish, it virtually means most investors have invested in coins that will profit them, this boils down to my agitation for few coins and I really hope there can be a body that will fully control the existence of these projects because most of these projects that will eventually fail and have nothing to offer investors could have allowed all its investors divert their money into bitcoin or any other good coin and by now, the story about bitcoin would have changed permanently but instead many of these altcoins coming without a good project end up jeopardizing the future of crypto currency. 
I'm still sure year 2019 will make the altcoin go up high it has been proven that now the altcoin price is slowly rising especially for bitcoin and ethereum I hope the increase will continue so that we are released from gloomy season

Yes,2019 will be another year for altcoin if bitcoin price up to 10000$.Nowadays most of the new altcoin market and their team are unsuccessful because they cannot listen or maximum time trade vol going to 0.000$.You can see the top 10 coins on coinmarket cap are running on crypto market and some coin listen and then again down or lost trade volume like as signal coin and surety coin.When i get this coin its trade vol was 695$ and now its vol zero so there has a lot of coin like this coin.In 2017 most of the altcoin successful and bitcoin price reached the highest level so everything depends on bitcoin .

The market is going well in recent times and hopefully in 2019 Bitcoin will pull back the Altcoins. In 2019, in my opinion bitcoin and altcoin are in the process of raising their prices from a downturn that is almost a year more happening, it looks like from this year to the next they will show their best coins and who can survive this storm, wait until the market proves it
some small increases have occurred, for the market I think it has started to improve from last year. although there still seems to be a decline but if we look at the market, it is recovering quickly. I think now a small investment has begun to enter for several assets.
