When those US people that ignore any rules and agreement that has already created by binance and that means if they are trading in their own risk? Binance can create awareness for that but US people has hundreds way to rome.

Binance operates its licence in Malta. So why should that affect it? With its innovation and security, I don't think Wright's whining will do it any harm. BTW, if push comes to shove the American customers might be asked to withdraw their patronage and that won't shake the exchange an inch. Binance is a strong viable exchange. I don't have any worries about them.

You are underestimating the power of the US. They caught the CEO of btc-e.com in Greece and shut down btc-e.com.

USA basically owns every .com domain out there. If you commit a crime while using a .com domain they can find and jail you no matter where you live.

Binance uses a .com domain. If they find out something fishy about them, USA can indeed shut binance down.
Exactly mate, nothing can hide from US as long as you are violating their laws they will hunt you down and will make you pay for your violation
I hope binance can make this things clear and prevent from accepting US citizen to enter their business as they are one of the most potentially among the exchanges now to have a bright future

Craig Wright will never stop to get revenge from delisting His coin from the binance platform

things that in my opinion never happened.  just imagine thousands and even millions of dollars in binance, is it possible to close binance, soon the BNB will make the blockchain itself and that is good news for binance and BNB investors

As already said, Binance has its HQ in Malta. It has to obey by the laws of the European Union. So, no problems there. I'm not a fan of Binance though. It is too big and at some point it could pose a problem to the entire crypto sphere, much like Mt Gox was in the past. I'm rooting for decentralized exchanges to replace these centralized monsters.

Binance is not like any other exchange around. Balance is a top exchange and has been around for sometimes now so I really that if it would be easy to close it down so fast and easy

Every opinion is truth and error is not fully then to be vigilant it must still be there because it is disappointed that it always comes at the end not in front, and many traders who use binance only to seek profits not to save their balance.

I cannot imagine that Binance will close their exchange, because it is the biggest, the most popular exchange with the largest trading volume that is not faked. The can ask US customers to close their accounts, but nothing more.

The Fed has closed down exchanges in other jurisdictions in the past. Binance has US customers: This is a NO NO. Craig Wright is no fool and wants Binance out of the picture. Be aware! Maybe hell is coming to Binance: Use them but don’t hold your bags with them: Binance is Malta based but is breaking US Laws and if you think for 5 minutes that the US regulators are not going to take them out you are foolish: Wall Street need Binance and these rogue exchanges out of the way. CZ could do prison time! I would not want to be in his shoes! Binance could be deemed as a money launderer and a tool for terrorism. US regulators and law enforcement have Binance on their radar and will make a move! Opinion!
