I hope it doesn't because it will really be a disaster
I don’t really think so that any such thing is going to happen in next 10 or 20 years or even after that. I can see a very bright future of the entire crypto market and that is because of the reason that the number of people who are getting to know about all this and those who are willing to invest their money into it are constantly increasing and that this is resulting in the increase in the demand of the crypto coins as well.

In the future, bitcoin may yet have another destiny. If a sovereign state were to issue its own digital currency based on blockchain technology, the situation would be complicated. Matthew Bishop, senior editor of the economist, said: "the biggest risk for digital money is that the government is likely to act to destroy alternative currencies other than fiat currencies." So should we worry about this?

In real life, monetary forms can be changed, but the "rules of the game" are not reversible. In any era, as long as the "rules of the game" are in, even if there is a war, as long as the data is still in, any virtual currency can survive and pass on under this rule.

As a result, many prognosticators say that the current currency will be replaced entirely by digital money in the near future. However, to become an international currency, digital currency needs to meet a necessary condition, which is the stability of monetary value.

From the national level, the digital currency is a long-term process, the user panic, while prove itself in the prototype stage, again shows the importance of relevant laws and regulations and industry since the flooding. Until a key directive is introduced, the digital currency can only be stuck in the 3.0 era.

Yes it is possible if a war exploded or a natural calamity happened and may cause to damaged digital network were transactions of bitcoin depends.
In my opinion bitcoin will the mainstream in the future. There is no chance of disappearing. I have full confident in bitcoin and waiting for the time that bitcoin will be the only digital currency which will be usable in the whole world. That time is not too far because many countries have already legalized and regularized bitcoin in their respective countries.
Yes bitcoin has a shining future and the reason for it is globally increasing acceptance. More and more countries are now accepting bitcoin as they have become aware of bitcoin value, bitcoin is legal in several courtiers which shows how beneficial bitcoin is, a well-developed country like Japan has announced bitcoin as legal currency which means bitcoin has stamina to be legal globally and it will become legal for sure,. So for me bitcoin has bright future and bitcoin will be only legal currency for all over the world in future/.

This is what I would do.

Compile BitCoin’s source code… start mining it on the first difficulty and then publish the nodes to the internet and let everyone know that bitcoin is back and its all the same protocol.

Then wait about 4 years.

you can donate bitcoin here.

Yeah after 2017, 2018 big question is What is the future of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies. I always have a strong +ve vibe for Blockchain Technology and this is reason I think future of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is safe. Apart last year cryptocurrencies are rolling like roller coaster rates up and down but I think in upcoming years it will be more stable.

Who knows? Bitcoin was unpredicatable so it is difficult to figure it out when it will disapper or if it will disappear. However, there's a chance for it to be stay forever it there will be massive adoption will occur, high demand of bitcoin and as long as we are here to patronize it. And if bitcoin truly disappear, still there's a lot of alternative coins that could take place of bitcoin like ethereum.

If the internet does not exist , its a yes. Well, if you see the current situation of bitcoin, it will continue to multiply than you expected.
Most of here see how bitcoin and other alternative coins help each and every one to move the money and spend it with different services with less effort.
So why you delete this bitcoin if it help you in many ways? Make a sense folks.

even if it will disappear, there will be similar ones because it has created a new system, changed people's mind and showed all of us that we don't have to be dependent on traditional system. It helped us to think differently.

No because bitcoin is very stong and most trusted crypto available in the market.

For now yes it is the strong crypto but don't you ever think on what would be happen if all supply has been mined? well maybe those times will be the tough to think since maybe it could lead on network to became slow. And if network will slow the other crypto geeks will find another alternatives to be used for good sake.

I think BTC will just float in the digital world forever and no matter how many new crypto projs coming up that has more or greater technology than BTC, it would just never disappear. BTC would be like a antique artifacts of the digital currency world and people may not care about it, but it will never be forgotten, no doubts.

Bitcoin is nice to help the community, the people, help reduce the unemployment rate. But let's not forget that bitcoin and crypto are a market that is not legally guaranteed as well as rules and regulations to ensure an important future position. Any adjustment can have a negative impact on the market.

Bitcoin may disappear in the future, replaced by other digital currency.

But if you keep eyes on bitcoin, then you will catch up the other currency more easily.

Of course, you should not put all your money in one kind of assets.
I am sure that bitcoin will live/ It will be international currency as many people use them right now/ this currency is too famous to die/ It is thr father of other cryptocurrency/ Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

I think not, because at the moment, bitcoin has the largest volume on the market and is considered the main coin for investing in the crypto currency  Wink
I also think the same, bitcoin is always in demand by everyone and its value keeps rising, many fud are scattered so the value goes down but bitcoin keeps coming back
With every passing day, the number of people who are getting to know about bitcoin and other crypto currencies is increasing and that there are so many people who are showing a very positive attitude and response towards this and that they are trying their best to invest as much as they can into any of the crypto currency. Bitcoin will remain there in this world and that we need to trust bitcoin.
I am not agree with this because hundreds of thousands people invested in cryptocurrency. How is it possible that it will disappear in the future? If the management and controllers are fear and there is no other technical issue, there will be no problem and fear of disappearing of cryptos in the future. Don’t be panic and don’t hesitate to buy bitcoin.

I love the essential premisses of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I think they have economical and philosophycal implications that will make a very positive impact in the way people interact in so many ways, and i like to think about those implications.

Then sometimes i get me thinking if it will ever be possible for bitcoin to replace FIAT currency.
Then i think about its limited supply, and i get that limited supply solves the problem of inflation being controlled at will by authoritarian institutions (like the Federal Reserve at the US, of the Banco Central at Brasil), but doenst limited supply generates another quieter, but a lot more dangerous scenario on the long run?
Fiat currency has its own value in this day but in the future when all the people of the world will use digital currency, then it is possible that bitcoin will overcome fiat and all other currency. But for that we will have for a long time. The future is that of digital currency and there is nothing about disappearing of bitcoin from the world. Don’t be panic.

We cannot predict if bitcoin will just disappear in the future or it will still stay as a digital currency. But, since the creation of bitcoin way back nine years ago it is not recognizable or people giving attention to this but as you can see years by years, bitcoin evolves its value and became the dominant crypto currency. Though, the market now are in red line but still bitcoin has a high value than any other crypto currencies. So, probably in the near future bitcoin will still remain if the more and more people utilize it and recognize it by the government.
No one can predict bitcoin in the future, but i believe it will not disappear, instead it will become our international currency in the future. It will become popular to all people and most of all government are legalized bitcoin. Bitcoin will not disappear because Most people still support and using bitcoin, it will last forever and stay remain as our income or investment.
No I don’t think so because hundreds of thousands of people have invested in bitcoin and there is a digital currency wallet for it, so there is no chance that in the future bitcoin will disappear, because if bitcoin disappear it means that a lot of people ruined and they lost all their hard earn money just in seconds. So don’t be panic and nothing will be happen to bitcoin.

That’s true, Bitcoin is the largest cryptocurrency platform with lots of people investing on it and having trust believing that it is reliable. I don’t see anything that can make Bitcoin disappear that easily, cause it’s not like other cryptocurrencies that are fragile and breaks down easily within few weeks after they are launched. Bitcoin will stay for a long time and can’t be stopped by anything.
