Bull run last year i believe was initially fueled by a large new audience discovering smart contracts with blockchain tech and legitimacy of bitcoin.
I had only heard of cryptocurrencies in early January 2017. I had heard of bitcoin, but only in connection with silk road. After the initial failed ETF and crashing price i found ethereum. I new bitcoin was legit through coinbase and research. Many articles about blockchain tech will revolutionize x,y, and z. That along with the begin of the major bullrun had me hooked as prices skyrocketed.
My main point is we will need a paradigm shift to trigger the bullrun of 2017. There will be more, but nothing compared to that one without major breakthroughs in crypto.

It seems that if the price of BTC gradually stabilizes, the market heat has already risen up, so the encrypted bull market is still possible to come, just need to wait quietly.
Cryptocurrency prices will never be stable because the market's value is depending on supply and demand, stability is not supposed to occur because people will not invest if the price will not increase or decrease as the time goes by.
in my opinion it would be very difficult because the conditions at the exchange place are currently not good and the market conditions have a very terrible trader, so many traders are panicking that making the price of bitcoin will be very difficult to bull run again.
Everybody is talking about bull run and who don't really want to have a bull run before the Christmas Holidays? I am still thinking positive that bitcoin will have a big run this coming last quarter. If only Winklevoss twins didn't reject the ETF. Maybe we're already having a bull run now but they did reject it that I think it's the cause of this drop right now. I guess we need to wait until ber months before start seeing if something rise will happen as expected near holiday season.
Never surrender mate, and if that bull run is real then waiting time can be a nose bleeding times of crypto. Ber months or whatever, I guess the struggle was too much for now since the start of the year all fuds and those fake news really fooled many people. I just wish that this nightmares couldn't blow us aways from our dreams, and the people could realize eventually that this was only a bad dreams.

I think so. In the course of the year have significantly increased. You need to be able to wait. And who hastily sells all lose significant money.

I think it's impossible to predict. Of course, you can study the conclusions of different analysts, see the dynamics of growth over the past year, and of course use your knowledge, but still lose. But most importantly it is worth noting that after a small drop in the bitcoin exchange rate quickly returning to normal. Take risks-and maybe you will.
The bull run is not dependant upon the price but on the political situations and the actions of the market a recent security blunder had caused to bitcoin price to go further down if anything else happens the bull run can be delayed too
many people are now holding their alt because alt is so far down and has not been back. they wait for alt to rise even though bitcoin rises. it seems to increase the bitcoin will start in mid-August

This year , upto now is not good for crypto investors. Value of the investment is far less than previous year. We saw last year BTC went pass 19k and now it is around 7-8k. Price of btc is fluctuating. Therefore alt price also not increasing. Every investors hope the recover of market soon. But it didn't happen yet. Some experts said that it will start on june. What do you think about this situation?

Before the price had risen quite high above $8k, it gave a breath of fresh air, because we have waited so long for that, and it seems that there are many people who sell their coins so prices go down now, but you don't have to worry, the price will definitely go up again

No, the market is not going to recover soon, but I do not really care what I need is to get my hands on more bitcoin and I need time for that, so I do not mind if the next bull market takes a few years to materialize since I want to get all the bitcoin I can before that happens. 
Although I am optimistic about bitcoin's future, I am not sure when the bearish market will end.
I am glad that bitcoin was pumped a little bit last month, although another correction was happening soon.
