This coin has a large capitalization, and this suggests that many people are interested in DOGE. This is one of the fastest coins, so people often use Dogecoin.
Of course there is the future , the project is now well developed and initiated plans with Ethereum I think it is worth keeping until the next growth !
I don't think that Dogecoin has the future. For me, it doesn't make sense to invest in Dogecoin. There's nothing it will be able to give us.

DOGE needs to evolve otherwise it will become irrelevant.

i like doge, this one is my favourite cryptocurrency when i trade on an exchange,,
but in my opinion,, if dogecoin didn't explore the feature maybe the price of this coin will falling again and again my friends

Yeah man. As well as you, I'm a huge fan of Dogecoin as it provides faster transactions and serves as a better way for micropayments, than Bitcoin. Nowadays, it is extremely cheap but in my eyes, it will always be a valuable cryptocurrency to me. I'm hoping that the dev team could step up, and deliver innovation to this fun meme coin, to help it become popular once more. In the meantime, it would be just to buying lots of DOGE for me.

It was a parody, joke coin then became popular when it was used to request funding for the bobsleigh team in 2014 before drifting back wards.

I don't think he has a future. As far as I know the coin was created for normal transactions and nothing more ! Perhaps there is a prospect of trading in the market but I do not invest in it in the long term !

According to the latest coinmarketcap data, now more than 2050 coins and tokens have been registered, with the tight competition making many coins that were once good now threatened to lose value, and the once powerful coin, DOGE, is also threatened.
Dogecoin has been my favorite alt coin for quite a long time. It serves as a good cryptocurrency for tipping others, as well as being a fun and inexpensive medium of exchange.
However, I'm worried what might happen to Dogecoin in the future, since it has been quite some time that no new version of the QT wallet has been mentioned, neither some innovation to keep it going for the long term.
It would become ideal for Dogecoin to add SegWit to its code, and gain traction if it gains acceptance from the miners. Then, if it manages to become the first cryptocurrency to accept the scalable solution, it could rise in popularity once more (not to mention that transaction will be near instantaneous).
Nevertheless, Dogecoin is a great cryptocurrency being inexpensive and relatively stable, making it a great way to tip others or send micropayments faster than BTC at a fraction of the cost.

Well it has gone on from a joke meme to something bigger but it has not real functionality just like 99% of all other coins.
There number of coins in circulation are too much so something needs to give.
I like this coin and I often use it to quickly send money from one exchange to another. I think this coin will always be used for similar purposes.

Big future in this coin of course I do not see, but the pros of course it has a low Commission when transferring to the stock exchange , and of course without the product they will never move on
